Went inside to place order so I could see the menu better. No body waited on me. I stood there for 10 minutes and left. After a... phonecall to my husband encouraged me to use the drive thru. Service was quicker. I was still there for another 15 minutes. Butthe cashier was very nice . Read more
Waited in line to order. Specifically asked if they had original, crispy strips, and crispy style chicken.. She said YES. Placed... my order. When I finally got to the pay / pick up window HE told me they didn't have ANY original or chicken strips. I justdrove off. Read more
Service is always incredibly slow, even for simple orders. Prices have gone through the roof in the past year. The chicken... pieces are incredibly small, are they using some kind of mutant microchickens? And it's really not all that great; the grocerystore in the same parking lot used to have better chicken for ? the price. Read more
If using drive through, have at least a quarter tank of gas and 30 minutes to kill. Have a backup plan for your order. They will... mostly likely be out of what you want or it will be a 20 minute wait to cook it. If going inside, once they notice you arethere...be prepared for poor attitudes. Read more
If u wanna wait 20+ min for your food this is the place to go for FAST FOOD, there was about 6 people waiting for the food in... the lobby and didn?t get my order for about 25min and yet there are co-workers walking out with food and taking a break. Slowestfast food place I?ve been too! Read more
Looked at this view for at least 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. Then they were clearly not interested in... taking it and tried to rush through. Managers, give your employees better training and a better work environment. Everyone wasfrantic and nothing was getting done. Understand that it's not fine dining and don't expect royal treatment but a minimum ofdecency is do-able. Plus out of several things we ordered, including Mexican pizza which was proudly advertised throughout asbeing back, they were just out. Poor quality of food, the restaurant was dirty, waited 20 minutes just to place my order then it took another 25 to get it this... KFC Taco Bell has gone downhill. The dirty tables were like that when I came in and we're still like that after I left. Read more
Came in to eat, but, the smell was so bad we turned around and left. I think they need to have sewer lines checked. Smelled... like sewer gas to me. Especially in Men's restroom!! Sure ruined our appetite !! Very strong! Read more
