We loved this stewarts at one point! Im loving my love for it tho...It's our #1 go to for ice cream a couple times a week at... least.Their ice cream is amazing and decently priced! Most of the staff are wonderful and pleasant... with the exception of acouple who probably shouldn't be working in customer service...including one of the DM/regional manager(not sure which she is).The reason for the 4 star review and not 5. Im getting frustrated with the way subs are being made as well... they are nevermade right nor are they the same each time you order the same exact sub. You now have to pay 1$ per piece of bacon on subs, tofill the sub evenly is 3 bacon that's 3$ extra for your sub. In my case is 6$ cuz 2 subs I order get bacon. I would like thebacon i paid for to be on my sub!!! I get things happen and ppl make mistakes..but not 1x not 2x but... 3x in a row I have notrecieved the bacon I was charged for!! Ive very nicely mentioned this to an employee who was very nice about it and said to besure I come back immediately if it happens again so they can correct it! Which isn't always that easy for me to run right backto the store but I appreciated that she was listening to me and eager to help! Another time the lady I spoke about above the dmor rm(not sure which she is) i mentioned this to her...again nicely as I was thinking she'd be the one to help fix this issuesince it seems happens alot... well I couldn't have been more wrong!!! Her response to me was... I DIDN'T MAKE UR SUBS NOR WAS IHERE WHEN IT HAPPENED!!! I was shocked!! She was so rude and unprofessional!! Well, I am here almost every single day. Gas, cigs, ice cream, a quick snack, whatever you need this is the best place for it.... The workers are always nice, of course, there are a lot of us they see everyday I am sure. Read more
Done, wife just bought me a roast beef sub, gets it home and the girl that made this one , Puts Ham on it, No roast beef. . you... never get what you pay for, waste of Money . they do not care about their customer . you talk to them about it and it keepshappening . can not add another post in here The GM will not do a thing. my wife went of and bought 3 slices of Pepperoni PizzaOne for her one for me and one for granddaughter . she got home, it was not what we bought and paid for. it had Pepperoni ,Bacon , and Sausage on it. Called the police reporting that my daughter drove off without paying for gas. We went to the Stewart's and paid for the gas.... After leaving we did find through the Bank that My daughter did pay for the gas....after providing the information from thefinancial institution that she did pay, the Manager Stephanie was not so friendly and told us that she reviewed the so calledvideo and she didn't pay. After providing her the proof and asking how to receive a refund for the double payment, she told usthat she was to busy to deal with this. Was told to call corporate office and to look up the number online. Very unpleasantexperience. I guess I will be going elsewhere for gas. Read more
Stopped in at midnight for ice cream and coffee creamer. It's always busy at this Stewart's no matter what hour of the day for... night. It's great they are open until 1am. The grocery stores are closed, but for shift workers at the plants nearby have a paceto go get gas or convenience items after work. It was actually pretty busy for midnight. The ice cream is an actual half gallonwhich is rare nowadays. Only Stewart's and Byrne dairy are true half gallons. Their stock was quite low , but I got my favoriteflavor which is peanut butter cup. They are 1 of 2 companies that offer this flavor. The staff were busy with serving ice creamand the phone was ringing , yet the cashier came right over to help me. He offered me a bag which is rare now that the foolishlaw in NYS banned plastic bags. I had my own so politely declined. This store is clean and stocked most of the time. They are sobusy that the shelves are hard to keep stocked. Kudos for a quick and polite experience as always. Read more

Great store when you call and get through to place an order without them ignoring the phone and turning the fax machine on
