I can't even put a star ....if I could do a zero rating I would.....the service was slow and terrible never get asked to refill... our drinks....we were seated for over an hour before your drinks were brought out....the peoe at the table with is in adifferent party had drinks appetizers before we recieved anything...and once the chef came out he was rude and obnoxious we willnever return to the plattsburgh location Read more
I've been coming here for over 12 years and I love this place!
Terribly average food, atmosphere and service. Kinda dirty, sticky and dark. Dead plants in the bathroom are a harbinger of... the entire experience at Koto Plattsburgh. This place desperately needs new life pumped into it. We won't be back until thathappens. Read more
I recommend the Hibachi and especially the filet mignon steak
We have visited numerous times and have overall enjoyed our experiences there. The hibachi is always entertaining and the food... good. The standard dining area is clean and we have always been promptly tended to. Food is always consistently good and fast. Read more

I?ve traveled all over the US for the past 10 years believe me when I say hands down one of the best place to eat and the price... was amazing as well . And the staff was very well informed. 10 out of 10 recommended . 2 meals for less then $60 when I havepaid twice that for the same meals. Read more
