The food is your typical fast affair, decent coffee drinks, friendly service, a little slow at times.
Foods always cold even after they just handed it to you. I just went and got 2 snacknbacons and right after pulling out of the... drive through we took them out, they were cold to the touch, I wasn?t that bother but then I took a drink of my ice tea after Ihad asked for liquid sugar and it was so bitter that I didn?t want to drink it anymore. I love their donuts. They make a very good sausage croissant sandwich also.
Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered food and sent someone to pick it up. When I got the food my order was half wrong. After... calling, because how do you forget the entire topping on a bagel?????, The girl I spoke to, rudely informed me I would need meto bring the bagel back to have my money refunded. Out of my breakfast and have to deliver a bagel back 11 hours later. I willabsolutely not use this location again. Trash service for subpar food. Shame on them. Read more
Good service. Standard fast food fare, I suppose, but they were able to serve me a non-dairy latte and a muffin.
Lobby not open. Now closed on Wednesdays. Slow services. Line can be 20 cars deep. Expect 15 to 20 min. Wait for your stuff. No... sign at drive thru saying closed on Wednesdays can't count how many people I've seen just sitting there waiting for someone toanswer. Small sign saying lobby closed so cars pull up all the time get out to find it locked. Read more
This isn't the normal Dunkin I go to but it was close by. The drive-thru is really long so I went inside. Got 2 bacon egg... croissants and not only did it take almost 10 minutes to get the food it was cold. Cheese wasn't even melting. Read more
Coffee should ALWAYS be stirred. You shouldnt have to ask for that, not many carry a spoon in their car to stir it their self.... Most importantly... Holly in the drive thru window.. If you dont like your job hun then find a new one because you are NOTfriendly at all. If someone says thank you the polite thing to say is your welcome. You dont say anything..
