Costumer service is always top notch as well as the food! Their garlic Parmesan wings and fries are my favorite!

Great food, friendly service! We moved to a larger city, but we talk about the Ticket a lot and whenever we're back in the... Platteville area we try to have at least one meal there. Delicious bar food like sandwiches, wraps, and burgers in an extensivemenu for a bar and grill. But the secret is really in the sauce - the house recipe ranch. You just have to try it for yourself.Grab some wings and see what I'm talking about, you'll be glad you did! To top it all off the service has been excellent evenin large parties. I can recall a time the owner offered to help with our young niece. You can't beat the food, the prices, orthe service! We will be back and I highly recommend you give the Ticket a chance. Read more

The food is great. It takes a while to come out but that's to be expected with fresh food. Didnt have a great experience with... the almost bearded, dark haired guy behind the bar though. Felt like he was rushing me while taking my order, had a real bad" Ihate my job" attitude , ignored me other than when he brought my food out and gave me my check. I'd gladly come back for thefood though. Read more

Stopped in on Saturday while driving though town. Wanted to find a place to watch the game before making it to our final... destination. Walked in, place was busy. Server didn't see us right away but as soon as she did, we were promptly greeted with asmile and friendly service. Tried the daily special, brisket mac & cheese wrap with fries, it was amazing. Food and drinks werepriced averagely within the industry standards. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we ever catch ourselves runningthrough the area again. Read more

Terrible bar, its mostly a grill. Too expensive for the food and drink. A single regular beer not, import, shouldn't cost $3.75.... No drink menu, the food was things you could get/make yourself from Walmart. The decor was boring and on top of that there areno games other than a single dart board. Read more

Went to the Ticket today and ordered a drink from the waitress. I handed her my ID and she took a long time looking at it (which... I completely understand because I am from IL and obvi my ID looks different than Wisconsins) but then she slaps my VALID ID downin my face and says, ?thats a fake? in such a rude tone. The waitress walked away from our table immediately after everyone wastelling her that i am of age. I was completely disgusted and upset and walked out. Dont plan on returning for the poor serviceand im baffled she didnt even asking me for other forms of identification which i had on me. I regret not calling the police andhaving them prove to her that I am of age just so I can flip the birdies and embarrass her for how she acted. Read more

This was the second time I ever stepped foot in The Ticket. The 1st time was Thusday night when I stopped in to purchase tickets... for a featured black comedian who was to be performing on Friday night. The second visit was Friday evening when I attended thisvenue. The two comedians that performed before the brother were not funny. I would have been disappointed if I had paid just tosee them. The brother was hilarious and had folks constantly laughing. I ordered a long island ice tea that came in a pitcherthat was enough for 3 people it was delicious and potent. Hats off to the bartender upstairs who mixed my drink. I enjoyed myevening and the crowd. Read more
