Save yourself and only order their pizza. Everything else is a waste. We got sat upstairs tonight, waited for quite some time... for a server, order an app, got it without plates, forks or napkins and it was cold. Also missing the sauce. We both ordered awrap, one came out before the other. Then later, two more wraps came. We sent the one back since we hadn't ordered it and I toldour server our food was cold. I ordered a basket, since I'd already ordered a soft drink and we wanted some fries. She took offfor one of our wraps since our food was cold, but charged us for waffle fries and a soda separately from the basket. We justthrew in the towel, paid it and left. She also never checked on us during our meal, to see if we wanted more water ordrinks.The upstairs bartender was seemingly doing nothing. Great pizza, bad service. Read more
Came in for food and stuff. Got seated pretty quickly and i knew my order. Pretty good so far. Apps came nicley...Then, wrong... food came out so had to wait a little longer (happens). I had to repeatedly ask for water. Waitress forgot about me cuz 2 othertables of 4+ got food before me (sat after me). Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Gave up on water so eating dry. Waitressrushed my payment and gave no reciet. Had to track her down and ask for it. Food was good, service was below subpar. If i knewit was like this wouldnt have waited 45 min and just gotten it to go. Wasnt even busy till later. I was very disappointed when I tried to take my son there a few times a couple years ago. Decided to try it again recently, and... it was great! So much better than my previous experiences, so I ended up ordering again! So happy to see such an improvement! Read more
Pizza just isn't very good anymore. Years ago it was fantastic. Now is cost a fortune and it has watered down Pizza sauce and... half the toppings on it. Very little cheese on it also. I wish I could go back 50 years and have one from the fist owners. Read more

Nice clean place to go and eat , drink hang out with people. The people who work there are nice to deal with. We went there on a... Saturday night 30 minutes before they closed. We were still able to get a late dinner before they closed. Which is nice becausewe had been out shopping. Before we knew it, it was getting late and realized we hadn't ate yet. Most places close the kitchendown 30 minutes before closing, but Steve's pizza palace does not do that. So we will be going more often. Read more
Some of the best pizza you can get. Definitely the best in Platteville. The only reason I won?t give give stars is it is a... little pricey. But the quality is amazing. The crust actually has a good flavor, the sauce is perfect and the topping and topnotch. Be sure to try their giant sausage! Read more
I ordered a thin crust pizza, and got a thick crust. We call the store and they say that it was there fault and I thought I... would of got the pizza I ordered but no!! They said they couldn?t do anything yet the store was at fault I just wouldn?trecommend ordering online. Read more
