Sandwich and service were good but I had to spend over $2 for a bottled water because their tea machine has not been working for... at least the last few weeks! I'm not able to drink any carbonated or sweetened drinks, only unsweet tea, and the only bottledtea they had there was sweet tea. Read more

If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would , the manager Chelsea is extremely rude and disrespectful. The store never... has any food available. I went into the store to order and was rudely greeted by the staff and when I called to complain I wastalked to as if my concerns were not valid or important. New management is definitely needed at this establishment as thecurrent manager is unfit for the position they hold. Read more

I did not receive my entire after my mom had to go in twice and I requested curbside service. I called Subway in Plaquemine and... They seemed to be out of everything. Asked for my bread to be toasted and it came out hard. Felt like I was eating croutons when... biting into it. There was no lemonade or tea available. Only two workers were making sandwiches during the lunch hour rush. Themanager, I assume she was, only came out to tell the customers that if you ordered online your money would be refunded then shewent back in the back of the store. Definitely won't be visiting this location anytime soon. Very disappointed. Kudos to the twoworkers that were trying to make the sandwiches and run the register. Read more
Today made 7 times in a row I've been here and they never have anything in stock.. like how do you run a restaurant without... food. It's sad when you can only pick between 3 meats at subway! When you walk up what they have can't even make half of whatthey have on their menu! And saying half is being nice! I don't know if it's the employees not doing their jobs are just badmanagement !
