Really really big let down today with the salsas in Southington passed the truck stop... used to love the chillaquilles served... from salsas up in plaza 66... went to go get my food, the chips where beyond soggy, there was without exaggeration 4 pieces ofsteak instead of a full piece of meat neatly cut up, no roasted jalapeno, the price went from 15 to 21 and the portion was aquarter of the size, and when I went to go take a bite the aluminum foil was so cheap it pealed off the paper, got stuck to thechip and I ate it... amazing how fast this place went from the all time best to a complete disaster. Listen I understand inflation is real but dang... I have ordered from here 5 times and this is the LAST TIME i will ever eat... from a SALSA'S! I get the same exact thing EVERYTIME i got in there. They upped the price about two months ago and i still gavethem my business. Today I went about the usual got my order and asked for the receipt in the bag.I look for the receipt and it'snowhere to be found. I begin to eat and realize the french fries and sour cream are missing. I call and I am told that I can getback a 3 dollar refund or the side of fries. The math doesn't add up as to how i was charged 47 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURRITOS anddidn't even get the requested toppings i wanted, and no receipt to see how the charges were distributed! I feel as if I am beingovercharged as well as taken advantage of.... Read more

I've been to 2 other Salsas locations in this family owned chain,. Salsas 3 was 5 star, great attitudes, incredible... presentation, and served on plates. Salsas 4 was very friendly, incredible service and I felt special. Each of these has thereown nuances, what is available at one may or may not be available at the other, this one, the southwest grill had everything Iwanted but if the people here were any more rude and the presentation was any worse, I would have felt like I was eating my lastmeal headed for the gas chamber. I was treated rude, the meal was dropped on the table in front of me with zero care, I wasn'tchecked on, I wasn't given plastic wear, I wasn't asked how everything was once I started eating. I, a paying customer, wastreated like they were upset I walked in. Stay away from this restaurant, there are 100 more on this street - 2 Mexicanrestaurants within walking distance. The food was below adequate and they sure don't care. Read more
