I was all excited about tasting the NY style cheese pizza and it was the worst. I walked into that store, ordered a small pizza,... paid a whopping $1I.77 for a sloppily sliced, part uncooked and barely had enough cheese on it, and since I paid in cash, thecashier never issued me a receipt and no napkins. Extremely poor service. It?s a shame that they spend millions of dollars onadvertising and yet they can?t master a simple cheese pizza. Read more
Normally me and my family always order from this location but as of the last 4 orders we?ve had it?s been terrible. The pizza... doesn?t taste the same, the flavor has been off, and our pizza is never fully cut. We have to cut the pizza ourselves. Everytime we call to let them aware, nothing changes. Good night, I called in to order a pizza for the night to which a young lady picked up the called and asked if I can be put on... hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes and still nothing. I found it funny that I also called from another phone and still the samething. I know the store is closing an hour and half given the time I called. To which was at 10:37pm and the store closes at11:30pm. I would prefer at least a decent communication of hey we are backed up or whatever the issue is. I have been going to this location for a long time and in the past few months the quality of my order has been worse every time.... The last order was the last straw. The pizza was so burnt and dry. I regret not looking in the box before I left. The reasonwhy I think the quality has been getting worse is that evertime I pick up my order, the staff is in the back playing around andacting silly not paying attention. I'm all for having a good time while at work, but professionalism has to be balanced. Don'tthink I'll go back. Read more
Tuscan cheese bread and Brownies after being chilled never fails. The thin crust pizza is decent also. ????
