I went to Panda Express yesterday craving Chinese food. They had a new item on the menu Almond chicken. I usually get the Honey... Walnut Shrimp and another entree item. I was curious about how the Almond chicken tasted and asked for a sample. The lady behindthe counter said " We don't give samples". I asked well if I order the Almond chicken and don't like it will you replace it witha different entree item? "No we don't give sample's" was the answer I received. I have gone into Panda Express at least 100times in my life and never had a problem when I asked for a sample. I am not a serial sample offender you know the guy that askfor samples of everything lol. I only asked because it was a new item. I am done with Panda Express. Read more

The food was nicely prepped And looked so good. I was shocked when I saw a roaches crawling in the food this really bothered me.... I have eaten here many times and the thought of me eating something that roaches may have crawled on makes me nauseous everytime I think about it. The young lady tried her best to remove the food the roaches was crawling in when I screamed OMG thereare roaches in the food. I am sorry but as much as I like the food here I could never ever eat here again. I posted this on FBbecause this is something I take very seriously. I wish it could be zero stars so disappointed. i usually always come here because the food is good. however today at 830 pm when i went in the line was super long. i asked for... the new honey sesame chicken and sweet fire chicken (both which contain vegetables) the server puts a whole bunch of veggies andvery little meat. i asked for her to look at the serving and put a little more meat she( which seems like the mananger) looksand says that?s the serving size . mind you other patrons who choose entrees without vegetables get a whole heap of meat. youwould think as a manager that she would amend the situation after being brought to her attention through comparison. so idecided after waiting 25 mins in line to not pay for vegetables and a spit of meat.. i understand it was a busy time of day butto just completely disregard a customer is ridiculous. poor customer service this time around. i am a regular at panda expressbut guess who won?t ever be going back... Food is fresh and ok. In the middle of Westfield food court. The manager is very professional and friendly. Workers are fast.... However, some rude guests are on the line sometime. They take time too long and make me feel bad here. Except this it is a goodplace to stop by. Orange chicken and some shrimp dishes are recommendable. Read more
I love Panda Express, and this location is good! Located inside the Broward Mall, this location is just what you need. I come... here for the Chowmein. I visited 3 times recently and all 3 times I was happy. The food was hot and fresh and the employees werenice. Stop by and get yourself a Panda Bowl and see how good it is. The quality is what makes it great. For a "fast food"Chinese place, they serve quality that is better than you'd think. Read more
Horrible service the female who made my order (wearing all black) was to busy on her personal phone that she screwed up my order... and then I had to return the purchase. When I came back to return the purchase I confronted her about the issue and she said shewasn?t the member that made my order. Will be the last time at this Particular location will travel north by Motorola for futurepurchases. Read more
