I have a lot of tattoos including my eyes. When I went through the drive-thru the lady at the window was preaching to me gospel... verses because of all my tattoos, and at least four of your staff had to look through the window to see what I looked like. Iordered a footlong Philly cheese steak and got a 6-in with fries instead. I don't eat the fries ever. The fries remind me ofcheckers fries and I don't like them. Before I drove off I tried telling the lady this at the window that this wasn't my order.Only for her to close the window and walk away and ignore me. And then when she turned around a little bit later and was stillat the window she waved to me bye bye bye. I will never go there again . So rude and unprofessional. Read more

I have been going to Miami subs getting the cheese steak for almost a week straight around the same time. This time the steak... was not filled with enough streak it was very thin. I thought maybe the probably short of steak. I went there again and toldthem about the issue I had and she informed me it?s just one slice of steak and it could be the cook ..I received the sub andthe bread was old and hard ends Today 9/5/2022 at 11:19pm I decided to try the cheeseburger. I got a old tasting bread againand the burger wasn?t even tasty . The bread was old looks nothing like the menu. Lettuce ???? was Soggy. I couldn?t even tastethe cheese, I had to open it up just to see if it was added. I feel like I?m wasting money paying 9 dollars for a half subalone and 10.99 for the meal. Horrible service I sat in the drive-through for 45 minutes with no acknowledgment. When I spoke to the manager Regina her... explanation was that she told me the hold on twice which was not the case. She also told me the reason why it took so long wasbecause someone had a $300 dollar order. I wasn?t asking for much just a brief explanation or acknowledgment that I was at thewindow and what was going on. That was a horrible reason for horrible service. No apology at all; Don?t come unless you got anhour and a half time to get some food. Read more
Where else can U get fish and chips hamburger turkey sandwich.. Great selection of food choices but one downside to this... Plantation Miami Grill the staff has no personality. They don't talk to U don't smile so I guess let the food do the talkingand I will continue to patronize this establishment. Read more
For anyone coming to this Miami Subs location, YOU SHOULD BE WARNED.... I've waited for 50 minutes to get my food. No restaurant... of any type would make any customer wait damn near an hour. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the food isconsistently good. I have a feeling no matter how many bad reviews this gets nothing will change. Nevertheless, I will leavethis here. Good food, late night snack and bite. I always get the gyro platter, and the cheesesteak. I am never disappointed, fair price.... Customer service need work some of the employees are rude and at times can make you feel like you?re not suppose to be orderingfood from them; it doesn?t cost much to be kind to people. Read more
