$11.00 for one cup of froyo.. it would've been okay if I would have actually liked it. But since you can't taste the ice cream... flavors I had to wing it and long and behold it didn't taste that great. They don't give you samples... ummm, what kind of icecream place doesn't give you samples? Geez, Kilwins on Las Olas has been there for years. I would imagine their rent issignificantly higher but they still have great customer service even though prices are rising. We were just passing by as we live more than 30 mins away. We were greeted with such energy, kindness and sweetness that we were... talking about changing venues and instead come here during weekends instead of the Menchie?s we have less than 5 mins away fromhome. The store owner is at the front making sure all customers feel welcome, and went far and beyond to make sure our 3-yearold was happy after a complete meltdown because of gummie sharks, he should receive the award to the best customer serviceprovider in the world, we truly left the shop loving him! ?? This is my absolute favorite place. The yogurt is always fantastic and no matter which flavor I choose I am always delighted!... Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. So I?ve enjoyed going to Menchies so much that I?ve signed up for the app rewards (might as well since it?s a cool perk to... buying yummy yogurt)! Bad experience today though! The yogurt was practically melted coming out in small strips from themachine. But since it?s going to be eaten quickly I decided for my group to still get the sweet treat. But then when I got tothe register Tatiana was so rude! I told her I was a rewards member and to please put in my phone number to get my rewards andpoints while I was looking for my credit card in my wallet. She didn?t take it and after a $40 purchase for the group it wouldhave been nice to get points. After paying I asked so how many points do I have now, and she said she didn?t put it in. What?!So I asked could you put in the points now? And she said no there was nothing she could do. When you work in customer service,you should have a customer service personality. I get it that you could be tired but it?s work. Everyone gets tired but you?restill the face that people want to come see a smile and enjoy their time. I won?t be back and people like Tatiana with a rudepersonality shouldn?t be hired. She even snarkly told another group who nicely asked if they were doing taster cups again astraight ?no?. If I could give this place a -10 I would however the lowest rating is a one (1). Let me be clear, I certainly can afford it and... do not mind paying for things when they are worth it. Look at the photos of the ice cream cup. I paid ten ($10.00) for thiscup. In comparison, I paid $9.71 for a large pizza at Sam's club that fed me, my husband with six (6) slices left. Cold Stone,which is superior to this place at soooo many levels didn't cost me $10.00. Regarding taste, my husband tasted it, didn't likeit. I've had better. I expect for a $10.00 cup of frozen yogurt to taste like heaven delight.... Not the case. It tasted purelyartificial, powered flavor. Why did I buy it? I was craving yogurt, Sam's club machines were closed. I Googled a yogurt placeand this came up. I was in the area so I stopped in, got the cup and went to pay. It's a good thing my husband wasn't therewith me, otherwise he would have left the cup right at the register. Again, it's not that I can't afford it. I very well can.It's about price gauging and getting your money's worth, even in these times. Save yourself a trip, go to Sam's and get theirdelicious yogurt, or spend your money at Cold Stone, which is superior and worth every cent. Even a large Wendy's Frosty topsthis one for just $2.00.
