Honestly this McDonald?s is a hit or miss when it comes to the people working there. One day they treat you amazing with great... customer service and a smile, other days they treat you badly and clearly don?t want to take care of you as a client (not even agood evening/morning). Only reason I still go here is because my kid likes the happy meals and they usually don?t get annoyedmaking those, which equates to mediocre treatment, and me not getting upset over the service. I might pass by every now and thenfor an ice cream (if the machine is working). Sometimes the lines are massive so you might want to check and go to a differentlocation if it?s too packed. Tl;Dr: meh location, meh food, sometimes good treatment, sometimes horrible service, got to rollthe dice with their shifts and hope for the polite ones. Read more
I have been to this location every morning for the past 2-3 years, the entire staff is amazing, they call me by my name, always... with a smile and great atitude. Erica, the manager, is out of this world, she is the nicest person, always smiling and caringtowards all her clients and employees too. She recognizes me by my voice when I'm order in the drive through and quite honestlyshe makes my mornings better just by her super positive attitude. She is a rock star. You guys are very fortunate to have suchan amazing person on your staff. I wish I could give more stars. Read more

Order through DoorDash. Ask for two apple pies and instead got guava and some cheese, missing fries, ask for no pickles, had... extra pickles. So clearly no one can read the order. Also Dale the manager, acknowledged the mistake, but currently still on thephone while saying nothing. Too bad today I was a secret shopper. Terrible ran management. Read more
There is a reason there are so many bad reviews for this place. I give fast food places a 3 strike rule and this McDonald's is... out. Not one single time have I gone to this McDonald's, and received my correct order. Whether it be not receiving all myitems, or the items I received not being correct to how I ordered them. The worst part is on top of that when I bring it totheir attention they give attitude or argue and try to make it out to be my fault. You can see all the bad reviews so clearlythe manager and owners do not care to try and improve. I highly recommend you go to a different fast food restaurant or at leasta different McDonald's because clearly the only thing that is going to make the owner change their ways, is to hit them where ithurts in their wallet and stop spending money at this location. I?ve come here a lot of times and I?ve never been so disrespected like today (July 29 at 5:30) I don?t know who was taking the... orders at the speaker but i can say I didn?t like her attitude, I work at Taco Bell and I also work at the drive through and I?mnot saying I?ve never have attitudes but I dont agree if you have personal problems means you have to make it others problems.When I got to the pick up window Ms. Elizabeth who looks like the manager also had and attitude, very bad attitude we asked herto throw away a cup of water and she yelled saying NO! And pretty much threw the food at us and slammed the window in front ofus and not even gave us straws for the drinks, the food wasn?t salty enough, and the fries were burnt, also the patty was stale,not even cooked all the way. I always come to this location and order the same thing, and never have issues with their customer service. I?ve only had my... order done wrong one and that was it really fast and really easy. But today, whatever boy was in the drive-through taking orderson 06/05 at 12:50pm, he had a nasty attitude. Today, I am sick, and couldn?t keep down fully solid foods so I felt for a salad,I asked for a chaser chicken salad, he said they didn?t have any. So I sat there and looked online at the salad menu to seewhich salad I would like to try. He asked me how could he help me. And I stated that I was looking into the other salads. Hesaid, with an attitude, that they didn?t have any salads n haven?t sold salads in 3 yrs. So why didn?t you say that from beforewhen you said u didn?t have any ceaser salad ??????
