Central American Soul Food !!!! I?m from Mississippi and tried this yesterday and I can tell you the food was so good it will... make your soul smile and want to visit Nicaragua! I got the chicken in jalapeño sauce which tastes like home cooked chickentetrazzini to me! I went back for dinner for the carne asada which like like two huge steaks! - Large positions ( used my bicepsto lift the plate) - Seasoned and tender meat - The jalapeño sauce was delicious not only on my chicken but also the rice andbeans - All customers were smiling ( a sign of deliciousness ) Read more

Staying in Boca Raton and we came all the way here for a great Nicaraguan dinner. It?s delicious, authentic, and price is... reasonable. Brings us back to our surf vacations in Nica. My son got nacatamal, my husband the carne asada, and I got thesalpicón. My son and I got cacao... definitely my go to weeknight dinner. It?s a small restaurant with lots of goodies fromNicaragua. Take it from a Nica... This is legit Nicaraguan food. The taste of everything was on point! I had to order 3 dishes all... different things and none disappointed. I even took crema, queso leche agria, dry Nicaraguan red beans, cacao was delicious andthe bodega style inside reminds me so much of all the fritangas in the Sweetwater area.
