Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this Pizza i called letting the Manager know the three orders of pasta made my whole... family sick and the first thing the Manager said " Its not the food" I also told her I was going to write a review about thisand she's like you do what you have to do. we normally order from here but after today they have lost not only me as a customerbut other friends and family members for how i was treated by this so called manager. Also when i order told me to go at 6:55would be ready my food wasn't ready till 7:30pm and the lady at front was like the cook is overwhelm while there wasn't like 5orders and 2 customer eating in. NOT WORTH $55 UNLESS YOU WANT PLATE FULL OF grease and after couple of hours and next daystomach pain and cramping to the point you need to go see the doctor. If i could give 0 stars I would. I was short on time for lunch and from out of town. Saw this place and decided to run in. I was greeted by three different... people. Told the lady at the counter I needed something fast and within minutes I was out the door with a slice of pizza, salad and soda (lunch special). Staff was very nice and helpful. She took it upon herself to give me a to-go cup with ice formy drink so it would stay cold in the car. Pizza was DELICIOUS! Thin and foldable, yet still crisp on the bottom. First time ordering and you can select a specific time. which I thought was perfect for my schedule. Since I had to visit a... in bound neighbor I selected 6:45 pm; the order came at 6:17 thank God I was home about to go out. The driver was courtesy andapologetic and I put the building number in special notes as I know this is crucial in my community , thank God the driver knewthe area. The pizza was Luke warm and the Italian salad as they described for $14.00 dollars had NO ROMAINE as describeand was scanty and FEW garbanzos as described in the salad for $14.00 salad. the salad was just small for $14,00 more less aside salad. I am so sad, as I was looking forward to a wonderful salad and pizza. Placed the order at 5:30 pm so 6:45 pm wasplenty of time to get it right. Just disappointed and I do not like to give bad review but,,,,,? When I called to advicethem "just so they can coach the prepares or cooks" the manager was just rude , really and when I mentioned someone from mycommunity told me how good they were, she put me on the phone with that person, who is a server and has nothing to do with theorder on line. How embarrassing. I did not want anything from them just to coach or realize 6:45 pm is not 6:17 when orderingon line and the $14.00 salad is not what it is cracked up to be. Avoid Grande Pizza at all cost if you want anything resembling good customer service and food. I have had multiple bad... experiences with everyone from the person the front register to the management. Never once have they resolved anything. It'stheir way or the highway! They mailed out menus with coupons yesterday and will not honor the prices today. They basically saidlook at the fine print on the back of the menu prices are subject to change without notice. This was my first visit. I am gluten free and dairy free, so you may wonder why would I go to a pizza restaurant. My friend... wanted to go. So I ordered the grilled chicken dinner. It was cooked to perfection. And our sever was excellent. For those thatare gluten free but can eat dairy they do have gluten free pizza. Read more

I don?t recommend this place at all, my fettuccine was very greasy. There was hardly any Alfredo sauce in the pasta. I called... that same day and spoke to a lady about this greasy pasta, she said she was going to pass down my message to the manager andcall me back. Still haven?t heard from them. Read more

So many great pizzerias in Broward. We usually try different places when we can. In 16 years, this is THE WORST food hands... down from ANY place I have ever ordered. We ordered several items. The Philly cheesesteak was like minced Steak-ums meat. Paid extra for mushrooms peppers and onions. Not there. Meatball sub tasted like a couple frozen meatballs slapped onto ahoagie roll. Sicilian pizza? Don?t get me started. My kids frozen Totinos pizza from the day before would be considered adeluxe meal compared to this $25 freezer burned junk. Ordered fried mushrooms, got fried zucchini which was gross. Arancini?Do you all even know what that is?! I put a photo of one cut in half. JUST LOOK AT IT. They literally took pasted rice andtossed in some Panko and called it a day. Mozzarella sticks?. Same! Who makes mozzarella sticks with crusty burnt panko?! Theoil needs to be changed as everything tasted like burnt grease. You are better off opening a can of Publix sauce than what theyput on their pizza. Add garlic to a Stromboli and they shoved so much raw garlic in it we were choking. Being an Italian I eatcooked garlic by the handfuls daily so a lot of garlic is great?? but COOK IT. This place is a joke. I wasn?t going to writeanything but looking at the massive amount of leftover food we have because none of us wanted to eat it is depressing and awaste. Also not fair to the other great pizza places that people do not order from to order this garbage and waste money like wedid. Disgusting and total rip-off for what you get and they charge. $100 and my 5 yo won?t even touch it. I don?t believe anyof these reviews AT ALL.
