I ordered the beef and cheddar brisket double meat double cheese. I'm a big eater and I could not finish half of this sandwich.... I ended up putting the other half in a toaster oven, adding a little bit of mayo and I couldn't finish the second half. I wascurious what took so long until I picked up the bag and realized how heavy it was. They really went to town on the double meat/double cheese. Read more
What a wonderful experience! The staff were so friendly and fun! A special shout out to Alexis who actually came by our table to... check and see how everything was going! She truly was a pleasure and made the experience amazing! Of course the food was greatas usual but the experience was what sold it for me! Carlos has horrible customer service and is the reason for this one star review. He got upset because I simply asked for a sauce... behind the counter and proceeded to throw the sauce on the bag and say ?you?re welcome? sarcastically. He also gave one of thecustomers who is obviously a regular there a medium Soda instead of a small just because he wanted it so management might wantto look into that. I can?t tell you how long it?s been since I?ve gone to eat somewhere simple and was genuinely impressed. From the second I... walked in the door, to ordering and getting my food I was greeted by each staff in one manner or another. The morning crew therewas very courtesy and the premises already extremely clean while some were still cleaning. Great management and staff. Thanks! Read more
Love this place. Great subs. Cool workers but this trip not so enjoyable. Asked to add ?Mayo? to a sub and it was like pulling... teeth. Remarks like? it?s gonna be nasty?. Seriously?! I come here all the time and honestly big turnoff. Won?t stop me fromcoming but definitely need a service retraining for these guys and gals here tonight. Hopefully next time it?ll be better.Deuces. Check your receipt after you order. I asked for a Firehouse Hero to go that should have been made with roast beef, turkey, and... ham. When I got home, I found they gave me chicken. I was very disappointed. One positive note was t least they included theadditional toppings I requested, but this does not make up for the incorrect meat. When I checked my receipt, I found it wasentered as a chicken gyro instead of the Firehouse Hero. "Hero" "Gyro", I guess they sound the same. Read more
If you can make your way to another Firehouse or a different restaurant in the area. The worst experience at a Firehouse Subs... I?ve ever had in my life. I walk in late to grab a last minute bite and the employees inside didn?t even want to greet me uponentry (probably because they were almost closing)so the person in the back of the restaurant (not even visible to me) had toyell a greeting. Feeling the unwelcoming energy I say to the employees out front ?What?s wrong? You guys didn?t want me to comein?? To which both young ladies start laughing. The young man in the back says ?No more locked doors!? The gentleman comes outand I say ?Thank you for greeting me all the way from the back doesn?t seem like they wanted me here.? Upon hearing this, oneof the young ladies says ?She did say hi, you just didn?t hear her.? With the nastiest attitude, completed with an eye roll.After receiving this unwarranted attitude while making my order, I respond kindly by correcting her and say ?No, she did not saya word. I stared at her face as I walked in and her mouth didn?t even move. Why do you have an attitude as if I did somethingwrong? No one including the young man working here didn?t hear her say anything to us.? Which the young male employee and theother customers in the store confirmed as well. As the young lady with braces and a black polo shirt became more irate with mefor my dissatisfaction with their poor service, I asked for her manager and she swiftly responded, ?I am the manager.? Yet whenI asked for her name and the corporate info she told me to ?go look it up? because she didn?t know it.
