This was the worst experience I?ve had at an Einstein Bros location. Starting with the cashier, CHRIS, he has horrible customer... service, very rude, didn?t know anything about the products you sell, didn?t even know what kind of bagels you guys hadavailable at the time. I had to get out of line and get back on line to verify what kind of bagels were available. Orderedcoffee, there was no half & half just an empty jug no one seem to care about refilling. Then to top it off, I ordered aneverything bagel and got something completely different once I opened my bag. Not sure what kind of bagel this is I think it?sonion but it?s not an everything bagel for sure. I eat those everyday I know exactly what they look like. I?ll never go back tothis location even though it?s only 5 mins from my home, I?d rather take a longer drive than waste my money at a place thatcan?t get it right. Read more

Busy place, specially in the mornings. Lines move fast though, and food is great. Coffee has a great flavor, not too soft, not... too strong, just right. And with free coffee refills, there not much more that can be asked. Read more
