I love this dominos location. They truly are the best in this area. I come to this location vs the one much closer to me because... I have such a great experience with them. Unfortunately worst experience ever. I placed my order on line at 12:48 pm; the tracking and text message told me it was out of... oven and on the way at 1:04, then confirmation driver in neighborhood, pulling up etc. Nothing. Then showed delivered. WhenI telephone the store (1.2 mile away from me) oh the tracking system is wrong, he just delivered pizza next too you , yours iscoming next. 1/2 hour later, at 1:22 pm called and was told to hang on the person claimed they had just clocked in and wouldget to the bottom of it. After holding for 10 minutes a young lady comes on and tells me that I ordered from the wrong store. How insulting they have done that to me once before so u forgave the incident blaming myself. But I read her my confirmationand drivers name to which she became frustrated and said hold for the manager? another 8 minutes holding the woman/girl statesok lady we found your order it?s coming out of the oven now a large pineapple and large pepperoni. No no I tell her we orderedseveral Other items. She got upset with me and said well what do you, then I don?t know she says and drops the phone. I canhear everyone talking and laughing. For Pete?s sake couldn?t just take me Oder again and give me a 10% discount or throw in agarlic roll. No they lost a customer permanently and I will tell Everyone in my community to order Papa John?s, Lombardis Pizzaanyone but Dominos . Horrible. Read more
I just picked up a pizza here a like half an hour ago. It was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! And for a really good price... too. Its also very clean and comfortable inside. They made a new customer out of me. Definitely going back again. Read more
Excited to find one near us when we moved here 3 years ago as Dominos was always the best. One and ONLY one visit. Most... disgusting thing I've ever seen or tasted. Is this an officially licensed franchise? If indeed it is, Domino's has reallyrelaxed their standards and quality control over who can operate under their banner. Very sad. I came to read reviews to see ifit might be under new management so I could try another visit, sadly no. The reviews continue to reiterate our last experience,and they should not be allowed to use STOCK photos on their website. Instead post pics of what you actually serve at thislocation so the public can immediately choose another vendor! Read more
