Again!!! Wrong pizzas delivered to my house. Both of them were cold and hard as ice, I ordered pink lemonade for my kids. They... substituted them with orange soda even though my kids don?t drink soda. so now we sit here with two pizzas that were both madewrong cold as ice with nothing to drink. This is terrible service thought we?d give them one more chance, but they failed us yetagain I have now been on hold for 37 minutes and nobody has answered the phone yet.. just listening to the automated servicetelling me that I should wait until somebody answers the phone. I placed an order online for this location that never arrived. When I called to be refunded, the so called manager refused to... refund me stating I needed to speak to the employees that worked the night before not her and hung up on me. I went into thestore and was further disrespected by this so called manager. I have on video. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. Theemployees are thieves and lack self respect therefore they cannot respect customers! BTW, I hate dominoes nasty pizza if itwasn't for my kids I'd never order. Read more
I've ordered here multiple times. There's been times they forgot to get something I ordered and I called but they never came... back and I never received my cash back. I only order on the app because I don't have a car to go to the store lol but In myopinion, the app is better. The more you order the more points you get. And when you get 60 pts, they give you a free pizza.It's free when you go in the store but for delivery it's only 4 bucks because of the delivery charge. Also I had to download theapp because the online website kept on acting up. They need to fix that. Another thing, (then I'm done haha) I ordered 2pizza's and a free one from my points(which makes it 3) and it came up to 21 bucks, then it got canceled because there was only1 person at the store apparently. So I lost all my points and when I tried calling to get them back the guy on the phone was sorude and said to call corporate. I didn't want to do all of that. I ended up getting them back like 2 days later. One more thinglol. I don't like when they have a certain time when you can order because delivery isn't available but it is what it is. Otherthan that, the food is always cooked to perfection. But the service is what got it 3 stars. I was gonna go with 2 but like Isaid there were no problems with my food. It was always bussin!! Staff quick and precise with orders. Ordered online, everything was as I ordered. In the past, with other locations, they?ve... forgotten to cut in squares as I ordered or added items asked to hold. Located between Broward Blvd and Peters Road. Ampleparking. Staff seem to work well together to pass the customer their order and get them on their way!!! That?s what I?m talkingabout, in and out.
