These places were legendary for the ice cream that they served...now it would seem that they are too good to keep up the... reputation. Wife wanted to taste one of the flavors...was told NO because they don't do that. My order was simple...one flavorand 1 free added mix-in. I asked for the Snickers as my mix-in. What did I get? Cheap ice cream with 2 big chunks of Snickersthat were frozen in the middle. Too lazy to chop up the pieces and mix them into the ice cream. This is the last time I willvisit this location...if I ever visit a location ever again. Read more
Extremely slow customer services and on top of this they are very behind with something simply as taking contactless payments... like apple or Samsung pay. Also improve all the online service as pickup if a client order online don?t need to wait until theplace end the last person in line and be completely empty to start to work in online orders. This message is to the owner ormanager to at least adapt to technology if can?t find good staff. Read more
Fast east service, i think they should hire a little more staff for the weekends just to get through the customers quicker.
We always love to have ice cream at Cold Stone, but it is so sad that the location at Plantation has an extremely BAD customer... service. We have to wait 10m to place the order, they didn?t have all the flavors available? horrible and in top of that justthe staff were chatting and laughing at a video the were watching on a cellphone. Management should pay more attention whenletting this kids to work because they do not care about the place and the customer service. Read more
Great service, the young lady heloing me was amazing! I have to go back to catch her name. I ended up leaving a 100% tip, so... good. I was eating my icecream outside and a lady stop and said " I'm sorry I'm staring at your ice cream it looks so good" Read more

I just spent 20 dlls on icream... for my kid. -me... and my son playfully walking in, was not greeted girl gave me the worst look, as she kept doing other things while place wasEMPTY - I waited for her, said HI!! and nothing... same angry face, no response. So, I ignore it... -My kid gets so excitedabout the toppings, (with same half asleep face like she didnt give a f) she just points out toppings, no words, just procedesto do the most half*ss icecream I've ever seen. Well, two of them... -Procedes to ring me out as I see the price of this "wonderful sugary experience " for $20 plus tips which I promised myself I wouldnt give but I still did. - I felt so robbed Ihad to say something, so I told her I work in the same industry and how bad it felt she completely ignored us and just neverreplied a single word thought it all. NOT LYING, this girl looks at me in disbelief as she still could find a single word toreply, just dumbstruck! She just made a weird muffled sound and completely turned around and proceeded with the next guest,REPEATING THE SAME THING! On god, I swear I never leave a review. But boy I wish I had those $20 dollars back, this was theworst customer/vendor interaction I've ever had.
