Get a manager here that understands the following: 1) The golden rule, first and foremost. 2) If you accept money for a product,... you have to provide the product itself. Otherwise, it's theft. You can't close the restaurant because it's inconvenient for youafter people have already ordered and paid. 3) Hire people that care about actually providing service. If you can't get saidpeople, you're probably not paying enough. 4) Restaurants should be clean. ALL THE TIME. Read more

I?m a pretty patient guy but when there are just 6-7 people in front of me and I?m in the store for over a half hour to try to... get a burrito, it gets pretty ridiculous. Turns out it was because they were fulfilling countless online orders behind thecounter instead of serving customers who left their cozy homes to come down in person to grab dinner. I get it, online orderingis big business, and it?s a great service to be able to order and have it delivered. But this isn?t the way to do it. Maybe thislocation is understaffed, but it?s not great when you have to just stand there while they?re making a giant bag of burritos andbowls for someone who?s not even there. I have been visiting this location for many years. It just seems for the last 6 months the service has been poor. Also, the last... two times I?ve gotten cross contamination in my food (I don?t eat meat, only veggies or veggie based), where I?ve tasted pork orsome other meat. As much as this is a budget friendly restaurant, I don?t think it?s been worth it lately to receive poorcustomer service and get sick from the food all in the same. Don?t think I will be returning unless something changes for thebetter. Read more

Just take a look at the Guacamole!!! It looks like it is from two days ago. I can't describe the taste, but I can tell you is... the worse I've ever had. When I went to pick up, the girl taking the payments was really rude and with a really bad aptitude.I've never had such a bad experience in any other chipotle location!!! Read more

We are a food allergy family. I called this location ahead because there are some chipotle?s locally that don?t serve for food... allergies. Kendra picked up the phone and greeted me. I asked her a few questions about the location and food allergies. Shewas super kind and helpful. I was relieved to have Kendra pick up the phone because she explained that they?re allergy friendlyat this location and said to come on in! So I walked into this location to order. Exactly as Kendra said on the phone, they?reIGE allergy friendly and serve food from the back with gloves changed and all with out even asking. My family is thankful tohave this chipotle to eat at. And thank you Kendra for keeping us safe while we got to enjoy a meal together as a family. such ablessing. Also, this location is extremely busy, yet their employees are all professional, kind, and seems like they work welltogether in the business. We will definitely be coming back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would do it. THE WORST SERVICE EVER IN THE WORLD. The whole team was very slow, the attention was the... worst, my family and I ordered burritos and bowls and they were poorly served. One burrito was so toasty and the other onebroke, and they just dumped the mixed food onto another tortilla to fix it . We tried to ask questions, and it was as we weretalking with anyone. And if there wasn?t enough , the restaurant closed at 10pm, it was 9:10pm and a women from the team don?tlet us eat inside de restaurant because she said the restaurant was already closed. Today this store was taking online orders due to an issue with the staff. I can't imagine how frustrating this is for the... employees, but the service was horrible. I don't mind waiting, but what I can't stand was the way they were making the food.They literally were throwing the food into the bowls. I asked one of them a question, and he completely ignored me. When Ireceived my food, I thanked the lady twice and she didn't even replied. Very disgusted. Read more

Very dark and unwelcoming entrance. I had my fiancé order our food and I proceeded to go to the restroom and the restroom was... the nastiest restroom that I have seen in a long time. Tissue on the floors, full trash, sticky floors etc. Cleanliness isclearly not high on the priority list at this location. After coming out of the restroom my fiancé informed me of how rude theJamaican woman was that was fixing our bowls she was very snappy and had such a rude disposition she even walked off the linewhen he asked for Pollo asado and proceeded to yell that there was none!Someone else had to finish fixing our bowls and had toapologize for her behavior! Totally unacceptable. I know Covid Has called for desperate times so people had to go to desperatemeasures but that staff needs to be retrained or replaced whichever one is more fitting, Everyone but the one lady that finishedthe bowls. This is the worst chipotle that I have ever been in and I have visited locations in North Carolina, Virginia,Georgia, St. Louis all the way to Miami.
