I come here after work every time I've come I feel very unwelcomed I'm a person of color and treated decently just about... everywhere. When I come in it feels like I'm bothering the staff to order food. Kristen looks at me like scum and all is bit toeat. I'll never go back. I go Twin Peaks and the Ale House down the University Ave. Never felt like I do when I come here. Theworst part both times I went was the only one at the bar. The half packed front bar looked like a party of neighbors and friends. We had a couple of seats at the bar and felt right at... home. The back bar was filled with fun servers/ mixologists/ale tappers with humor and quick service. We will be back! Read more

Service: Exceptional!! Rotating staff appeared throughout our meal just passing by to say hi and to see if we needed anything.... Fast, Friendly and Genuine. Today I had the broccoli soup. Hot creamy and very good. I also had the pulled pork sandwich forlunch. Cole slaw on a sandwich just doesnt work for me, so they left it off upon my request. The bun was great and the pulledpork was very juicy with a touch of sweetness in their sauce. I liked the fact that it was not all dried out. Greatsandwich. Awesome place for sports. The bar is really cool and service is great. I do watch games here from time to time. Theplace gets packed. Happy hour certainly helps in this economy. I will continue to go back when I am in town!! Great place to hang out with family, friends and co-workers. Food and drinks are great. The staff is friendly, Jess (Bar... Tender), Vinny, Brody and Gianny (servers) are awesome. Today I had the shrimp quesadillas. Unfortunately I do not have apicture because I took one bite and forgot to take a pic it was so good. They have indoor and outdoor seating. There are twentytelevisions outside and close to forty televisions inside. The NFL is about to start, so you can come watch many teams on manyof the televisions. Bokampers is your college and NFL headquarters. Of course they also have MLB and NBA available as wellduring the season. They also have a nice Happy Hour Monday-Friday, 4pm to 7pm. Good place to come and watch a game!! Great food though their menu does not have a huge variety. Burgers are their specialty for... sure, I had their Bacon & Blue burger and it was the best, the fries that came with it were not the best ever but we're ok toeat with the burger. Nice selection of appetizers with their tools being the best choice mozzarella sticks were ok and thechicken finger about the same. Parking is not a problem with plenty of spaces to park. One thing I liked a lot was their waitingoutside area, it seemed very cozy definitely would make you forget that you are waiting. I tried Bokampers for the first time and let me say I was less than impressed! The restaurant wasn?t extremely busy but the... mistakes kept coming. First I was given the wrong drink which was fixed immediately. Then the waitress took our order and Icouldn?t tell you if it was her mistake (she wrote nothing down) or the cooks but multiple things were missing on the plates ornot put the way they were supposed to be. Then I revived my ?medium? burger. As shown in the pictures below it was RARE! Coldand mushy on the inside! My husbands was the same way! The service was extremely slow also! Bokampers was on our way home so we decided to stop by and try it and we will definitely try it again. Service was spectacular... and the food is delicious.
