Good service and delicious pretzels.
I received an email that I earned a free pretzel. The guy at the register told me I had to have a code on the app there was no... way to check by my phone number, when every location I have been to has been able to verify my rewards that way. I even had atmobile Tuesday pretzel, but he told me cannot use it for cinnamon pretzels. If Aunt Annie's wants to go out of business theyare doing a great job of making sure that will happen. I know it?s the Holiday season but with COVID-19 businesses have been shut down for months. Employees need to get with the... program and stop acting lazy. We are all out here shopping, spending money and then have to deal with attitude and poor customerservice. On top of new restrictions and guidelines it could help if we can all do better to make it an enjoyable time out. Read more

One hot day, I bought a medium frozen lemonade for 3.70 inside the Broward Mall, at the Auntie Annes pretzel place...and it... tasted like styrofoam pellets. I threw it away on the way out. I was still sweating. Read more
This afternoon I stopped to get a cup of the pretzels for sale here. So I've purchased a pizza pieces cup and a cinnamon pieces... cup, and to my demise, the cup of cinnamon was so oily that I swallow the oil with the first piece. I was right behind theestablishment, so I walked back to them and told the guy about their bad quality of what I?ve just purchased. He replied with akinda nasty smart attitude saying that he couldn't give me another cup to try and to all of them employes were like this. So Ireplied that I have eaten this before at the Sunrise Mall and that they weren't like that. He suggested I take a pretzel insteadof the pieces. This guys demeanor was very rude. I'm giving this kiosk in the middle of the Broward Mall 1 star Because whoever owns this business is losing out. The girl just... walked away. She didn't say anything at all. Very disrespectful. Get a better crew. Read more
They don't even know that they have an online order, they have the order incomplete, they had a bad actitud, the trough... everything on the counter, the food bag was open, no gloves on employees, customer service horrible. Read more
