Sona (Suzy) is the daughter of the owner and helped me with the order. She even gave me her personal cell numberand was very responsive. Suzy is kind, humble, and flexible. My order was ready on time and everyone loved the pies! I highlyrecommend their Ramadan buffet during April. It's from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. every day. Everything is prepared in the house,fresh and full of flavor! It's the most authentic flavor of Middle Eastern cuisine that I have ever tried in South Florida! Theyuse high-quality products and stick to traditional recipes from Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt, and Syria. And don't worry if you arenot Muslim, everyone is warmly welcomed! Al Salam is a nice place to eat. It is very authentic in the food, the decoration, and the people who serve. Food: They give... pita bread with garlic Mayo as starter and you can order as much bread as you want. It is delicious. I tried the Chicken KaftaKabob (sorry I was hungry and forgot to take a picture but I will next time), the plate was huge and it is definitely good for 2or even 3 people for $15 and it tasted good too. Desserts: they have a large variety of desserts and I would have given 5 starsif they were more fresh. They taste good but they didn?t taste fresh and I have tried them in 3 different occasions.
