Worst customer service ever this place has employees who are outside of the store smoking and not doing anything they look at... you waiting to be attended and they don?t even care then they walk pass you still waiting and go to the back and act like theydo not see you waiting still Needless to say I left after ten minutes of waiting to be attended to They need to hire people whowant to do actual work Read more
One employee the guy making sandwiches and the older lady in the back on her cell phone on speaker all of us customers can hear... her conversation about her laundry. I'm giving 0 stars the location, but I'm giving 5 stars the kind lady who helped me; her name is Ms.Iris. I went into the... Subway on Park rd and I4 to get me and my kids some breakfast this morning. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waitingpatiently and quietly for someone to come out and greet us. And just before I walked out the door this little, tiny old womanabout 80 years old comes around the corner carrying trays of food in her hand to be put out for fresh sandwiches. Moving slowly,she took our orders and helped us check out. I gave her a cash tip and put it directly in her hand and just before I went toleave, I said to her, "Now don't work too hard!" That's when she had told me that she had been there since 9:30 last night (itwas 9:45 in the morning). I turned around and I said " Excuse me? You've been here for twelve hours?" She said " Yes ma'am Ihave. All of my coworkers have called out. I'm hoping my coworker that's scheduled for 11am can come in so I can leave." Worst experience ever, extremely slow employee and rude. Did not care she was moving super slow taking breaks while people was... waiting just a horrible experience. Please talk to this employee they need a more way more slow environment or maybe retirement. Read more
