We had a communication error during check out however they were so gracious andremedied the issue. Always a calming atmosphere, but upstairs I used to attend acoustic concerts hosted here! That experience was fun too! Let me start by saying it was a Saturday morning around 930am. However, from the time I walked in, then out, it took over 20... minutes for a single cup of cold brew.
