I got excited when they opened because it?s right on my way to work. This morning was my 5th time there and not a single time... has my order been right. Not sure what all the people with the crazy reviews went but I can say every time I stopped by this location what I ordered was... as I ordered. I personally think people forget it?s a fast food place so if you want special attention maybe you should startmaking your own food. The drive thru service at this location is HORRIBLE, there is a short guy with a red beard and glasses who takes the order... barely speaks to you, he made the order totally incorrect and on top of that he treats you badly at the window. I always order in the app but I have consistently had issues with my order at this location as of recent. I treat myself to a... coffee every Saturday while running errands and the last 2 weekends I?ve had to go to Starbucks instead. My food order has beenwrong the last 3 times I?ve gone, including today. Today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with 2 hash browns, andeven reminded the lady when we got to the window as she tried to hand me the wrong order, and she still prepped the wrong orderfor me. I ended up with THREE croissant sausage egg chz and a hash brown. I just don?t know what they?re doing to make thisrocket science. I think they need a better ordering system. I know I mentioned this already but I order in the app. My icedcoffee is always right but they are really missing the mark in the food dept. Placed an order on the app & when I got there to pick up almost everything was out & had to be substituted. Why charge me then... if it's sold out?? Paying for a large and then having to settle for a medium. Purchasing a $4 drink & it being replaced with asmall refresher!! Bought donuts and munchkins, all the flavors I ordered were sold out & had to get other donuts. A refund wasnever offered. An upgrade was never offered for the inconvenience. (An upgrade would of been the drink I actually paid for) Whathappen to pleasing the customer?? Might have to find me another location.... Read more

Had some bad tasting coffee (burnt taste) a few weeks back. I realize anyone can have a bad day so went back yesterday to see if... it was one off experience. It was not. Coffees were not drinkable again. I hope they take this review for its intent. Pleaseimprove your product servings.
