If you have a choice pick something else. OK so I get that it was a Friday night and there were only two servers on. But 25... mins to take an order and then well over an hour from the time we sat down to get food on the table for pancakes and mozzarellasticks is extreme. The waitress seemed "disconnected and foggy". I don't want Go as far as to say she was messed up but afterworking 10 years in the service industry let's just say I've been around the block a few times and developed a sense of thesethings. Had to as for my coffee four times and a side of ranch (God how those four words are the bane of my existence) at leastfive times. 4d I overheard our waitress lay the blame on the kitchen for the length of time for the food a few times. But notonce did I see a manager do any table touches to check on the guests. I have the sampler platter but my Buffalo chicken tastedas if it had been dredged in salt instead of flour. I called the store number off of Google at 9 pm. I ordered 2 meals and an appetizer. Had to substitute seasoned fries (side... item) for original fries because they were out. Had to sub sweet corn (side item) for onion rings for the same reason. They wereout of onion ring sauce. I'm temporarily without a vehicle so I dealt with the inconveniences. I paid over $44. My food wasdelivered over an hour later COLD and my appetizer was missing. I called the store number back and the woman who answered thephone called me a liar repeatedly and refused to refund my money for the missing food. I told her to keep the $8 and lose mybusiness. Went in at 11:25am with 4 adults and 2 children. Everything was great at first. Waitress was nice. They took our order and that... is where it went haywire. We finally left at 1:15pm...other customer that were seated a half hour after us were getting theirmeals...when our order came out it was completely wrong...missing items...receiving items we did not order...a fiasco...I hadbeen watching the food window around the 1 hour mark and a waitress turns around looks at me and rather aggressively says "youneed something"...there was another customer who ordered Buffalo wings to go and had been waiting quite a bit of time too. Whena waitress told the kitchen they needed them right away a cook responded "they'll be up when there up"....our waitress wasabsolutely humiliated and I felt so bad for her. We received our meal as I stared all wrong and under cooked sausage still pinkin the middle...they said they were getting the manager but they never showed so we opted to leave..to add insult to injury thesnot nosed hostess was completely rude...word of advise little miss hostess..when you s rew up a meal as bad as ours was...don'tbe snotty to the paying customer...so in closing...we still tipped our waitress who was mortified and left...hey dennys...thisisn't rocket science...get it together seriously. We stopped in for a early early morning breakfast. It was around 4 a.m. the waitress was very nice very friendly and very... accommodating. The food was horrible price was ridiculous we paid almost $70 for three breakfast and that's not including thetip. We ordered three basic breakfast's eggs, bacon and hash browns the bacon was way over cooked that it didn't even have ataste. The only good thing I could say was the coffee was hot and fresh and the waitress was very sweet. For a 24-hour breakfastand in an establishment where there was only two people I would think that the breakfast would have been hot and fresh insteadof old bacon freezer burnt hash browns and eggs. It was really nice. I love Denny's. The server was very nice. I asked for my TBone to be well done and she didn't complain about... it,she took it back and within a few minutes I had it back. She apologized and was very helpful. Read more
The waitresses were really nice and trying there best as the two cooks seemed all over the place and took 50 minutes to get a... grilled cheese and 2 pancakes and while sitting there waiting they were turning people away as they had people in lobby sayingit was taken out only and I work on fast food and women in charge had no idea what to do or how to stay on her crew. Again sweetpeople but very unorganized and definitely under staffed which I get completely.
