The staff was slow, it took more that 20 minutes to get thru the drive-thru with 2 cars ahead of me, and 2 ppl inside the place.... Well we didn't get what we ordered. Spent $21 and no macaroni and cheese no drinks available. Very impolite people working there... today which is Sunday. I've given this location so many chances but it continues to be riddled with problems. I've literally lost count how many times... they've forgotten items on my order. My God, is it that hard to remember a side of fried okra? They made up for it numeroustimes, but I'm done with constantly having to go back and get things I already paid for. Consistency and quality are not valuesof churches chicken. At least this location. I'm just disappointed I didn't stop coming here years ago. Read more

TOO DAMN SLOW, staff moves very slow. One in particular was almost moving in slow motion. No one greets you when you walk in.... Took minutes for someone to approach me then staff was interrupted several times. They don?t wear gloves when handling yourfood. Then on top of that my order was wrong & did not receive an item that I paid extra for at all. Wasn?t even worth it totake it back because I didn?t want to wait another 30 minutes.
