**Review was 8 mo. ago / Edited** I have been a customer since this location opened. I have used paper and App. coupons both in... dining and drive through. On this occasion the cashier could not get my digital coupon code to work. Along comes the Manager ofthe personality disorder dept. and lectures me on the difference of corporate and franchise locations and what they do and donot honor. I advised that during the time spent of her dissertation she could have overridden it 5 times over. As this has beendone before. That did not set well with Ms. Graceless and I have since found a competitor that likes my frequent visits andmoney. Let this not reflect on the young hardworking cashier. By far the CHEAPEST burger king i have ever seen? Went there the other night was charged 2.50 for a water for the ?price of... cups? . I got two chicken sandwiches and asked for a honey mustard? i was then told i have to pay .75 per sauce because they nolonger provide free condiments? ITS CHICKEN!? Sadly, this is the last time I will visit this Burger King. The past three times we have decided to eat there, we've been... disappointed. The most recent visit, we spent $30 on 3 meals and everything was cold, so we ended up tossing most of the foodinto the trash. The sweet tea was sour, I paid extra for cheese, and didn't get cheese on my whopper. I asked for no onions andguess what? They put onions on it. and I know you can pick them off, but you still get the flavor. The fries were so cold thatwe ended up throwing them away as were the jalapeno cheddar bites. Wife opened her Whopper Jr. and almost all the toppings hadbeen piled on one side and were squished out when they wrapped it up. Finally, I think they are turning into McD's with theirever broken ice cream machine. 0/10 I'll be emailing corporate. Read more
Such a terrible store. The food comes out cold. The drive thru takes forever to take an order. When they repeat it back to u... items are missing and then you have to go through the drive thru again to order what they missed. The lobby is STILL closed andthe customer service is horrendous. How these places stay open is amazing. Read more
Went thru the drive thru got 4 meals 2 plain meals.The 2 plain meals still had everything on it.ketch up onion.So I have to wait... in the drive thru 21 mins to get my order corrected.So I ask bigger Hispanic lady was the manager if I could just keep the onemade wrong For the inconvenience of waiting in the line.If they was going throw it away.They said no chunked it in the trash SoI watch them inside looking out at me in the drive thru.I know they was talking about me. So when they brought me my order theyfixed. I opened up the buns.On one of the cheese looked watery on one corner and the top of the bun. I don?t know if they spitin it or not. Didn?t look right the other one didn?t look that way. So we ended up just throwing both of the meals away. Bestthing I can tell you if they get your order wrong don?t go complaining. Read more
Stopped here after work, asked for a large water no ice. They charged me full price for a soft drink just for the cup which is... whatever but this is the water I got. Does that look like water?? Went back around the drive thru waited for 10 minutes andnobody was anywhere to be found. This place is disgusting. I?m nervous to eat my burger. Read more
A quick trip through the drive thru Saturday 27 October 2018. Order station 2 seemed unmanned so we ended up pulling up to... station 1. There was a delay with the customer at the window so the drive thru staff was smart enough to bring food out to thecars behind it.which was appreciated. They were also much more friendly than the MacDonalds up the street. Read more
NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in another burger king. The rudest most disrespectful employees I've ever come across in a... restaurant. We were there (@ the Thonotosassa Rd location, Plant City, FL) on 10/15/22 @ 6:30 pm. We were eating in therestaurant when the people in the kitchen decided to turn on a very loud bluetooth speaker and play rap music with foul languageas loud as they could. I went to counter to ask if they could turn it down or off and they all started laughing , they never didturn it down or off. They actually made us feel threatened the rest of time we were in the restaurant. Every table was filthyand the floors were filthy..The food was stone cold...No manager in site.
