Glad I don?t live in this city . I thought Whataburgers were held to a high standard . But this place ? I?m the second person in... line thru the drive thru in the morning and still took us 20 min to get our food . Then they forgot my biscuits and gravyso Had to go grab them inside . Have to say Whataburger has really gone down hill since they sold the company. I have been a customer for decades this last trip... has me swearing off never again. I ordered the Whatachick sandwich it was ice cold and the chicken was old and tough. Thechicken was so tough you couldn?t even bite into it. Had to fight with management to get a refund. Before they sold the companythe food was always hot and fresh. Now it is just nasty. Never again. Read more
I love whataburger, but the one of coit and mapleshade is the worst location I?ve been to in the entire state of Texas. Went... through the drive through and ordered two #1 with no sauces on them. Get to the window, I pay, and then was told to pull up andthey would bring me my food when it was ready. Sat in my car for 20 minutes, so I decided to go inside. The manager apologizesand says ?we forgot to make your order?. How does that even happen? I?ve also lost count of many times this location has gottenmy order wrong, and not even got my order wrong by a little bit. I went through the drive last week, ordered a #2 with onlycheese, onions and add bacon? they gave me a #1 with everything on it and mustard. I just don?t understand how you mess up andorder that bad? This was my 3rd visit to this place on Coit. All the time the sandwiches that we ordered are always cold. I emphasized that I... want my sandwich hot like fresh, but it?s always cold. I went one time last Dec on K Ave at 8pm. All our sandwiches 6 of us werehot, fresh and so good. If only your sandwiches are freshly made, you can tell, I believe you will have more clients. It?s toobad that even your server are not friendly, and lazy. This is a great comment, not to destroy you but to make your businessbetter. I came at 7pm hardly have any clients. Maybe because of the weather. But seriously speaking, you want more customerslisten to what I wrote and I promise you, your business will be better. Read more
I came through the drive through and was talked to condescendingly and was mostly ignored to the pick up window, which wouldve... been fine but then the food was dry and the fries were soggy and cold. the taste of the food was great but the sandwhich whilecovered in sauce was extremely dry and almost hard to eat Read more
Whataburger was fantastic as usual. The food was made to order. The patty and fries were hot. I was pleased to see a special... needs employee is in training and brought us our order. Highly recommend the Dr. Pepper shake while it's available. It shouldbe permanently added to the menu but at this point it's only seasonal. Read more
Decent service though when crowded it can be slow, both inside and drive thru. Clean inside. Ample parking outside. Easy access.... Whataburger base menu is solid. Read more
Well, was going to get my regular burger or even try the new chili cheeseburger. unfortunately I tried the new chicken club. I... will say the girl that took my order in Plano at coit rd were both helpful and friendly. the peppercorm ranch chicken club mayhave been okay but there was so much peppercorn ranch I honestly couldn't eat it. I took 2 bites and tasted terrible. chickenwas hot, but threw it away. didn't like cheese they put on it either but mainly while thing was drowning in ranch. even glfastfood cooks should know how to make a sandwich. fries were hot but just seemed different.
