Place was cold, and just blah. Tried a new burger they have and personally didn't like it but that's just me.
I placed on order through the mobile app at this location for breakfast. When I arrived the store was not yet open (even though... it was during the stated business hours). I waited approx 30 minutes and they eventually opened the store. An employee at thedrive thru told me that they would not fulfill my order because they would not be serving breakfast that day. I had alreadybeen charged for the order and was told to seek a refund inlone thru Wendys. Contacted Wendy's corporate and was told thefranchise owners/managers would be contacting me with a refund but I have not heard anything from them (this was over a monthago). Requesting a refund for a simple transaction like this should be this difficult. I will most likely not be ordering fromWendy's again due to this experience. Read more
It is so good to eat food inside this building with my son. I get the Big Bacon Cheeseburger combo and a large Classic... Coca-Cola in a cup with a lid and a straw for sipping. My son, Brian is enjoying a Dave's Triple with cheese and Mayonnaise.Large fries and a large chocolate Frosty served in a cup with a lid, a straw and a spoon. He always makes sure the straw holein the lid is perfectly aligned with the seam on the left side of the cup He gets ketchup from the pump dispenser in these tinylittle paper cups. Ordered 2 strawberry summer salads on drive thru, when they gave me the order they were smiling strangely like they were... laughing at me, didn't think much of it then, I didn't check my order assuming it was correct, but I was wrong!!! When I got tothe place where I was working , I realized that both orders Did Not Have any chicken. I was 12 minutes away from the restaurant,not worth the drive to come back to the restaurant, what a waste. Please check your order before you're too far away. Read more

Im a 18 wheeler driver looking for something to eat. Pulled into a safe spot, get out and tried to go in an order togo and the... door was locked (8:00am) the worker told me that i had to order from the drive through. I explained to the worker that I was ina semi truck and could not go through the drive through. The worker went and told the supervisor or manager and he came back andopened the door and told me to walk to the drive through window and order there. This would have not been a problem if it wasnot raining. So I left. I think your customer service needs to improve or look at a better scenario on how letting customers into your establishment.
