Fine French dining at its best! Our party (4 adults) had a reservation and were seated immediately. The restaurant is welcoming,... clean, and beautifully decorated. The French cuisine was EXQUISITE. We were celebrating a 10-year wedding anniversary so weindulged a bit more than we normally would. Enjoyed a $100 bottle of wine, half lobsters added to two entrees, some deliciouspremium cocktails and a creme brulee for dessert. After everything (including tax and tip), the meal was around $500, but atypical party of 4 could easily get a great dining experience here for half that much. I've been wanting to try Toulouse forever! My husband and I came here for a date night on a Thursday evening. I ordered a... lobster roll and he had the beef bourginon, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed! My only nitpicky thing about my lobster rollwas that there was too much coleslaw on top but otherwise, still tasted great. We decided to skip appetizers but they give youwarm sliced bread with butter, which was good too. The butter had extra salt, which I liked but I know some people might not sojust a head's up there. For dessert, we shared the apple tart. It was slightly burnt on the edges but not bad at all! We sat inthe climate-controlled "patio" area (I use air quotes because it is sealed off so you're not actually outside). The seats inthat area were light and cool to sit on. Read more
This is a cute brunch spot. Flo was our waiter, he was friendly and very attentive. The manager came over a couple times to... check on the table, which was nice. I loved the live music. We ordered the lamb from the diner menu and it was delicious. I willsay the mimosas($9.50) are overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area. Hands down the best french food for this area! Toulouse is a fun, chic, and lively restaurant. The facility is bright without... being obnoxious - given the light furniture. They start off by getting you a bag stand for your bag - if you're carrying one.The staff is not only knowledgeable of the menu, but they're attentive and accommodating. The live music is fun on the weekends;however, I would advise to reconsider some of the seating when there's a performer. The cocktail drinks are flowing withdeliciousness - careful they sneak up on you! The 'Blackberry Mule' was so fresh, thirst quenching ( the fun kind), and lightthat I could've had more. Let's talk about the food... With all flavorful choices they have - I have not had a bad dish yet. Theprice, level of service, and exquisite food go hand in hand, so be prepared to spend some cash. This place is very high end, and chic, it's good for a date night or for celebrating special occasions. The seafood is... delicious, and very fresh. They have a good selection of wines. Food options may be limited for picky eaters, but they have allthe basics with a twist... salads, soups, risotto, steak, and salmon. The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. Thedinning area it's really charming, but I would say that it has limited space for bigger parties. So from start to finish this was an amazing experience. Fudge took such wonderful care of my daughter and I for brunch. The... music was outstanding. And the atmosphere took me to a different place.
