Absolute joke. I completely understand staffing issues in the market today, but what I don’t understand is when a business... tells people no, basically saying they don’t want my business. We came in a Saturday evening at about 6:30, most restaurantsin the area are packed at this time so I was prepared to wait. To my surprise there was no wait here, we were seating instantlyto a dirty table. The server said she would return with rags to clean it which never happened. We waited about 15 more minutesand were never even able to place a drink order. When the server finally returned she went on a monologue about how long thewait would be. Like I stated earlier I completely understand staffing issues, but there was only 2 other table occupied in theentire restaurant. I tried to order a drink and was informed they were out. At this point we gave up and went somewhere else.Avoid this place at all costs. They are not only under staffed and will not serve you, they don’t care which is worse. Food was very good. I ordered wings and a classic burger. Burger was medium rare, very juicy and tasty. Service was ok, I mean... it's an airport joint and it was packed. I walked in and immediately had a warm welcome by Fred, and I've had a smile on my face ever since. Fred isn’t your typical... greeter/ Host, he’s the cook in the back and loves his job so much, that he enjoys coming out from the back and interactingwith guests making them laugh, and ensuring all of their needs are met to his high level of expectations. He took mine and mywife’s order and made sure it turned out better than ever expected. Fred is awesome, and the next time you come, ask for Fredand you’ll have the most enjoyable experience ever.
