First visit here was with the family for a Saturday dinner. Great atmosphere but very small establishment. Not suitable for... bigger parties. We had 7 in our party and was a little cramped at a circle table. Portions are smaller than what you wouldexpect for the price. Food was delicious , but serving portions compared to price and presentation left it with a little to bedesired. Staff was friendly but a little inattentive possibly due to being a busy night. Would be a good ideal location for asubtle date night dinner , but definitely not a visit more than once location compared to what’s around it. Read more
What a wonderful place. We just moved to Dallas recently and exploring the restaurants around DFW. This place is our favorite so... far. We ordered pizza and pasta with 2 drinks and everything was wonderful. Our server Christian was amazing and superfriendly. Definitely would go back. Read more
My all time favorite spot! Usually order from here for dinner but went in for brunch today and the Eggs Benedict was heavenly.... The mimosa was amazing too. The bartenders were sweet and attentive. It’s a busy place so I’d say reserve a table ahead oftime if you’ve company. Will be back soon! Read more
Food was really good but service was not. Reservation was for 8:45 and within 15 mins server told that kitchen will be closing... soon and should order. Food was served immediately and the servers opened the patio covers and started to windup immediately.The chill breeze was like a signal that we should get up and step out as it is time :( Was expecting much better service. The food and margarita tasted wonderful. You can definitely taste the tequila in the margarita. The lobster entree we got was... 10/10. It was very tasty and tasted great! The dessert was also great; I am not a big chocolate lover, but the dessert we gotwas just right - not too chocolatey or sweet. It is pricey; but it is worth it. 10/10. I recommend this place. A group of us went here for a birthday dinner. I ordered the pasta seafood with lemon butter sauce. It was very good So I Highly... recommend this dish! They also gave us complimentary bread with dipping oil and also a birthday dessert! We enjoyed our meals!Will definitely come back! Haley was an excellent server. Mentioned a birthday at the table and before I knew it the entire restaurant was singing “Happy... Birthday”. They were taking promotional food photos on the day we were in. Every item they had looked delicious. We had theCalifornia pizza and zucchini chips. They were both great. Taverna is a comfortable place, we came here for brunch and enjoyed it. Service was really good, we were served by Honorio who... was very accommodating and helpful. Food was good, by far not the best Italian we have had in Dallas (or Legacy West even) butsill tasty and good portions. My salmon seemed just a tiny bit undercooked but not enough the complain or send it back. Theplace is comfortable, even the patio area was well ventilated considering how hot it has been. We had enough space for a babystroller as requested in our reservation which is greatly appreciated. Overall it is a good place if you are in the area but Ido believe there are other better options in Legacy West. Read more
