Food wasn't great but it never really is, but the service is what made me write this review not the food. Typically when I go to... this location there are young kids working there and they are rude and acting like fools. However, I went tonight aroundmidnight and Ronald was absolutely the sweetest most professional person I've ever met there. He was so kind when I mentioned Ihad forgot to order an item for my husband and he added it for me. I wish he could train the kids to be the same. Ronalddeserves a raise just for being kinder and more attentive than any other person there. Read more

I ordered food through my app and selected drive thru as my pick up option. When I got to the drive up speaker I was told I have... to come in. My husband and I did not have shoes on and was unable to go in. I expressed that to Marco, the non helpfulemployee, and he told me the only way I can get my order is to come in or order in the drive thru. Again, I said we weren?tprepared to come in. He said he doesn?t care, he doesn?t deal with app, he only deals with the store. I already paid through theapp. He said I had to cancel the order or come in. I wasn?t going to pay again. I then asked how to cancel my order and get mymoney back. He said I would have to contact tech support to do that. He doesn?t deal with the app. He then shut the window andwalked away. We went home, I called the store and after 3 times of me having to call to get someone to answer, it was Marco. Iasked him for the store manager and he said I would have to call back the next day after 5pm. I asked for the manager?s name andhe said Claudia. I then asked for the email and he said they don?t have one and he can?t give personal information. I started toask another question and he said can I help you with something else. Marco is rude and not a good example of what I would thinkthe brand would want or maybe Taco Bell doesn?t really care. I?m still trying to get a refund for food I did not get! Read more

Edit: This location decided to become the laziest Taco Bell in existence. Despite mobile ordering at every location in the... area, this one decided that you must come inside, and yet they have an inescapable drive-through.. The laziness... It'sinfinitely easier to just process the mobile order the same way in the drive-through only you don't have to listen to theorder. Why they decided to be the only one to make the mobile app completely useless I have no idea. Mobile order was exact andhot when I got there, in and out of the drive through within minutes. Read more

Awful, second time ordered from here won?t be a third. They forget items and forget condiments. Who wants Taco Bell without hot... sauce? Nobody answers their phone and voice mail is full. What a junk place. I don?t think anyone expects much from Taco Bellbut this is pathetic Read more

The last few visits have been a joke! I typically don't expect much out of fast food chains in terms of quality of service and... these visits proved why. I mobile ordered ahead for breakfast, get there shortly after 8am/ placing my order. Get to the speakerbox and wait for 5 min without any acknowledgment. Drive around and try the front door but that was locked. Drove back to thespeaker box to wait a little more (at this point there were 2 cars behind me) ... I get to the window and saw an employee andflag her over which she reluctantly walked to the window. I asked what is happening/ that I have a mobile order/ like talk tome/ there was a line forming. She said something about the fryer (I didn't realize TB needed a fryer for all their meals and howit would cause them to shut down). Thankfully I was able to cancel the order. Just frustrated that the employee couldn't simplymention "stuffs broken, give us some time. Sorry"... I visited this same location a few days later. Mobile ordered ahead again.I get to the speaker let the guy know I'm picking up. "You have to come inside for mobile orders".... the app provides theoptions of pick up inside or drive thru yet this guy just told me I HAD TO COME INSIDE. This location is plying games and makingup their own rules. I have seen apps remove certain options bc that spot doesn't offer them or run out of items. Clearly thislocation hasn't been told about that. I am still going back because I love TB food. Read more

Just shut this pathetic excuse for a taco bell down. Uncut quesadilla with barely any cheese, missing several items, empty... packaging and somehow took them over an hour to manage that. If there was any meat in the tortillas we probably would've hadfood poisoning. Fire the entire staff and start over from scratch or just put this place out of its misery for the good of thecommunity. They often leave something out of my order, but it?s cheap, tasty and largely correct as long as you use the mobile app.... However, they recently changed so that mobile orders have to go inside to pick up their meal. HARD PASS. This defeats thepurpose of my mobile order. I want it accurate, which I only have a shot at if I place it online. In person it will be wrong. Ialso want bonuses and points for ordering through the app. Pulling through the drive through and giving my name was super easy.Today I had to haul my upset toddler out of the car in 105F heat to go inside, where she melted down not wanting to turn aroundand leave. I told her not to worry? we?ll never be back and this will never happen again. Someone ping me if they reinstatemobile order pickup at the drive through. What a day ruiner. Btw, I was not warned by the app that I would have to go inside. It said to pull into the drive through, which I did. Then the order taker informed me I would to come in. The app still says youcan go through the drive through. Zero stars if I could. Read more

The guy who was taking orders he was so rude to us. we went to drive thru qnd he was asking "is that all?!" after each and... everything I ordered. As a vegetarian we ordered everything sb from bf to bn, and cooks who were making our food, they made funof us by saying that extra meat, right!!! We felt offended. I asked for at last sauces and this is what they gave us like andinsult to us, he gave like a pound of sauce packages.Taco bell should do something about them. Never go to this place if you'rea vegetarian! Read more
