Employees need to find another job if they don?t like it. Waited over 10min for the employee to say, oh yeah, you want me to... start it? Well duh bro, that?s why i came in, and placed an order. Dinning room had 0 people sitting or eating.. oh yeah,watched employees eating on the line, take a break and go to a table????.. I asked just to give my money back, he did just thatwithout any sort of apologies for not giving any service. Next day, looked at bank statement. Charged $11/12 something, voided$11/12 something, charged again $11/12 something.. I?d rather let them keep the money then to deal with my personal informationwith dumb and dumber. I love how the service is quick and the... staff is knowledgeable and can give recommendations if you haven?t been at a Taco Bell in a while. Nothing says good business like "item removed because of high demand"... would be better off saying "we don't feel like putting... any effort into our jobs". Taco bell will always be fine but at this point it seems like the executives are just playing withhow much they can frustrate people like it's a fun game to them. I sat in line for over 20 minutes in drive through for a mobile order. My order was a total mess the soft tacos were soggy and... wet. The tacos were not even rolled up in the paper.
