A good stood for fresh fresh fresh sushi. Like very wonderful tasting rolls with full variety. Tried the Korean red bean fried... rice in the hot stone bowl as well; very well made. Mochi felt better than the other places I tried as in the ice cream wasfrozen but not frozen hard solid. Japanese wine range is interesting too if you want to have not than just sake. Read more
Our favorite. This place is always clean. The sashimi is always fresh. The cuts of fish in both the rolls and sashimi are... generous. We always order the salmon roll, the Philadelphia roll, the eel and avocado, the crunch roll (crab and shrimptempura), some miso soup and my favorite salmon sashimi. LOVE! I prefer takeout these days and date nights at home but if youdine there you can expect a dark, quiet, clean, intimate spot perfect for conversation. This week's sushi visit brought us to Sushi Sakana in Plano. Located in a shopping center off Custer, we were really satisfied!... We came in at lunch time and it was not busy. We started off with a miso soup. We ordered salmon and eel sushi (2 pieces each)then ordered a Dragon Roll, New York Roll, Geisha Roll, and Sakura Roll. The sushi was amazing! The Geisha Roll wrapped insalmonwas our favorite but each Roll was delicious! Great taste, perfect eel sauce. The staff was incredibly nice. A reallygood sushi experience. Read more
We tried this place while in town visiting family. We were greeted quickly and seated right away. The restaurant was clean as... were the restrooms. We ordered the Love Love Roll, Geisha Roll, Butterfly Kiss Roll and Green Hulk. The Love Love Roll was ourfavorite. The service was fantastic. This was the best sushi restaurant we have been.
