When I presented coupon after my order was done, the staff said no coupon and pointed to a piece of paper with hand-written... notice. She said the computer is down and refuse to take coupon. I only come to this location because it's close to my job! They are rude and rush to make the sandwiches, never wrap correctly... and they fall apart when eating. Today is my last day visiting, I ordered online yesterday, that took forever so I decided to goinside today, mainly because I received a coupon for $2.99 any 6 inch via text. The lady at the counter says "We don't takethat, you have to use it online", I stated to her " ma'am it say redeem at counter, in person only" she just kept it moving asif I wasn't even there, the nerve! Very disrespectful and inconvenient. I went there with my brother and father to use a coupon that was sent in the mail for two... footlongs. As me and my brother went to the lady working there and asked if we could use it there, she only looked at it for asecond and rudely brushed us off saying ?WE DONT TAKE THAT? and not even bothering to explain to us. She was sassy and impatientwhen me and my brother were trying to be polite. When we asked the young man (probably her son based on how they interacted witheach other) to change our sandwiches to 6inches, she laughed at as and tried to make him give us a foot long instead. After wegot done ordering, my brother tried asking the guy to look at our coupon and tell us why we can?t use it here, And the lady whowas helping a young couple who walked down with their orders, Tried yelling from across the room ?we don?t take coupons? to herson, and he looked confused. He then showed us some coupons that were used apparently and said that those were the ones thatthey use in the ones we have are usable at this location. At least that guy was trying to be more polite and help us understandinstead of the woman being rude and ignorant. I?ve seen multiple negative comments about the subway and many of them were people expressing they are frustration and poor encounters with the workers here, and at least three other people complainedabout the coupons problem and people always had something to say about the lady working there showing to me that the customerservice is a big problem here. I recommend going to any other subway in Plano or going to the chipotle or Taco Bell nearby ifyou?re really hungry. Read more
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! Walked in and they didn?t have our food in the to-go bin. It was ready but on the counter behind them.... After a 5 min wait in the store I kindly interrupted the employee making in-store customer sandwiches about my online order.When we arrived home, they DID NOT toast my flatbread sandwich and did not add my wife?s salad dressing to her salad, yes it wascompletely dry. @Subway help me understand why Blanca (your employe) has an attitude with us? It?s seem that maybe our order interrupted her... call, man she loud on the call.
