Mostly good. Prices have increased a bit much for what you get. Service is fine. At least they say thank you. I do wish they... could hold a class to teach how to cut the sandwich ALL THE WAY Through. And don't look at me crazy when I ask for condimentson the bread before everything else....that's how sandwiches are made! Store is always clean and presentable. Read more

Hours are listed as 8:30 am to 9:30 pm on the app, online, and on the door but when I arrived at 9:01 pm for an order I placed... on the app at 8:45 pm the door was locked and the employee told me they close at 9:00 pm. I pointed out the hours on the doorand he told me that they need to change that still. The app took my money for the order so I guess I?m just out of luck. Read more

This is a franchised store and not part of corporate so they take every chance they get to screw your order and not even... apologize afterwards. A rude lady will answer the phone once they mess up and act like it's not a big deal and if you want itdone right then make that extra trip, waste your gas and time and that's NORMAL for them. HATE HATE HATE THIS STORE AND NEVERGOING BACK! Read more

Ordered online using the subway app. 4 sandwiches and 4 cookies in my order, a footlong sandwich was missing upon delivery,... wrong set of cookies and 3 out of 4 came in pieces. Tried to contact the restaurant, 8 times the call went unanswered and theydon?t have a voicemail set up to take messages!! Finally got a ahold of someone, she took a while to understand the matter andlooked up my order?..after a little hold time she just literally said ?I don?t know? and that?s it!!! Great service!! I stopped by around 12:15 on Nov 4 to buy 25 subs for my team in the field. The two employees were so quick to jump on such a... surprise large order and didn?t hesitate.
