I had placed an order on 11/15/22 at 12pm on the app like I have for the last 3 years I have been working in the area. The... manager that was on duty told me that she has no order and that their is nothing she could do since she didn't receivedanything. She was informed that I would need a refund since I have proof of perchance on both the app and my back account. I wasinformed I need to contact costumer service and she couldn't do anything at all. Costumer service told me I had to talk to themanager at the location I had place the order for the refund. She was being rude and didn't care about costumer service at allsince she was no help at all and I didn't get the help or refund I needed. I came from being in the restaurant industry for 7+years and I have never been so unsatisfied with any other fast food or restaurant. Read more

The woman behind the counter making the sandwiches, was aggressive and rude. (The woman working the register was extremely nice... and helpful) The woman who was making the sandwich flat out told me she would not make me the specific sandwich I wanted. Shestated they were out of capicola and she emphasized she would NOT be making 4's or 5's today. I simply asked if she couldsubstitute the meat and she looked at me annoyed and stated "no because im going to charge you extra if I do". I proceeded withanother sandwich and moved on. I listened to the way she spoke with other customers and it was highly disrespectful. Thebuilding was hot and didnt smell very pleasant. On a positive note my sandwich was great. Read more
Honestly a horrible experience, the woman working last night was just rude and off putting the whole time. Maybe she?s having a... bad day ? granted I work in the service industry as well and her demeanor was just frankly inadequate. Food was fine btw. Read more

Food was good. Store was very warm. It made it a little uncomfortable sitting there eating my food.
Was extremely hot in establishment. Almost unbearable trying eat while sweating whole time. Paper cup looked to re-used, was... falling apart couldn?t even put a top in was crushed in. Last time tried this location the bread tasted awful. Read more
This location is terrible. 9 times out of 10 their online ordering is down, and the few times its actually active the orders... dont go through but you still get charged. Everyone who works here is insanely rude too. Read more
