Worst chef over there !! He is very irresponsible with full of attitude!! We ordered online and went for pickup. This guy in the... counter is saying that he needs a printed receipt. He don?t know the fact that ordering through web can?t issue a printed order.Finally, he checked all the orders and told us that he didn?t receive ours and he is not responsible for it though the amountis deducted from our back account. Order footlong tuna. Got one little scoop of tuna that didn't cover the bread on side. Just half! They are cutting back on all... meats as well. The meatball footllongs are now a ripoff. Two meat balls cut in half. Oh but wait! They are charging more! No longer a customer. Read more
Download the app placed my order when I got to the restaurant I looked at the receipt on the outside of the bag and it was... correct I get to work in a hurry as I?m only on a 30 minute break and my whole sandwich was completely wrong I called therestaurant numerous times and never got an answer I emailed corporate and never got an answer these people don?t care about youspending your money then whenever I went back into the restaurant the next day the manager was so rude to me and said she couldnot do nothing about it. On the receipt is what I ordered and the sandwich is what I got ranch and olives??! I often get sandwiches from this Subway. I see some comments about rude behavior from the staff. I think that people often... misunderstand the person because of his accent and serious sounding voice. A friendly chat often clears that confusion. Read more
I got there to pick up my mobile order. When it was ready the guy set it in the wrong area ( they have three tiers labeled with... the alphabet depending on your name I assume) he didn't even bother to ask my name or anything since I was there waiting for agood 8min. Every single time that I am going to order in this store, it seems to me the front guy spends his last day of work here. A rude,... unrespectable, and unprofessional man who I ever seen in my entire life. Unfortunately, this restaurant is the closest to ourliving space, but the stingiest I?ve ever seen.
