I walk in and say hi to the man waiting for me to start my order and he doesn?t respond, just looks at me. He literally didn?t... say 1 word the entire time and another woman basically did the verbal half of my order while he made it, and fix what he didn?tdo correctly. In any language, Hi is understood and the very least he could have done is say hello or smile ONCE. This wasunbelievable. Sandwich was like it always is, but the service doesn?t exist here. Read more

DISAPPOINTED. We ordered five foot long sandwiches three tuna and two Bahaha steak .only one was a "meal deal"meaning... sandwich+chips+drink at a better price. Therefore, we made it easy for the location as I've never been there to keep thesandwiches to made correctly ... .. The tuna sandwiches ended up only having condiments ? Where's the tuna!! No meat nor fishin any sandwich it's like so now in the food we're eating it's not cool but it's not the employee's fault I'm sure in the ballof mayo?? Produce lacked freshness although it looked okay overall the store was very nice and clean the two employees wereanything but kind very non talkative only to one another in a different language when I'd ask question about a sandwich theywould just look at you and not reply I do not like that I would never go back I would never suggest that location to a singlefriend nor a stranger lots my expertise of customer service and customer care I don't even give it a one but I have to it's allabout presentation of the employees and handing customers food right Infront of them of as well . Don't bother going here, i asked if i could get a large cup for water and he said they couldn't do that?? Like i just want a... larger cup for water, and then he muttered something under his breath. It's hard to give a 5 star review since they didn't really go above and beyond, but it was as expected/advertised each time I've... gone. They make my sandwich right in front of me, so they can't really mess anything up. They take Apple Pay now on their littlecredit card reader and they have a loyalty card too. The location itself is clean and the Diet Coke tastes good. I haven't usedthe restrooms so I can't comment on them. Read more
This is one of the worst subway I have ever frequented. I placed 2 separate orders online it said they close at 10. I get there... at 855 they got lights off saying they close. She had made 1 of my orders and said her register was closed she couldn't refundme or fix my other order. I called Saturday she gave me some manager number who never answers the phone. I called that numberfor the next couple days. I filed an online complaint and all they did was said they appreciate the feedback. I went backtonight the same lady is there working saying they are closed and she speaks into her phone for it to translate to English thatthey will give me my money back. I asked how I haven't gotten it yet. She was so rude and said I don't know. How they closingdown at 8 and online it says 10? Read more
