I came to eat and the short Spanish person was nice at first. She place my sandwich in the oven and then came to register for me... to pay. I advise her she would need to replace both gloves before fixing my sandwich and she became irate screaming in Spanish .I asked for the manager and she said Jessica was her manager . I asked Jessica what?s her corporate number and was given wrongnumber twice. Since one lied and the other was screaming and irate I just took both their pictures. I thought the pandemic wouldmake folks more clean but unfortunately I was wrong. Safe food practice should be important to each employee. I wish i could give no stars. First off the first time I went here they only had 1 employee working and I had to wait for him to... be done with online orders before he could get to me. Then they accuse paying customers of dirtying the bathroom. The ownercomes in and doesn't first ask the customer who asked to speak with the supervisor what was going on but goes to his employee.After speaking with his employee he then accuses the customer as well and goes on to say "It doesn't matter if you spend$1,000.00 in here in a day if she has a problem with you then you cant come in here because she's the BOSS!" that's not even theend of it. He also says "She says you were being hostel why were you being hostel, she's a nice lady haven't had any complaintsabout her" it doesn't matter if you have never had a formal complaint about your employee, do you think if someone felt she wasbeing nice they would have asked for the supervisor? No they would not. Your employee accused someone of something that was notcorrect nor do you have proof this person has ever done anything. Anyone being accused of things they have not done would getupset. This place is trash and needs to learn to listen to their customers. Thank they never heard of the customers alwaysright? In this case the customer was right. I mean look at the review from 4 freaking months ago the lady was not friendly!!!!!To tell a customer if they spend any kind of money with your business it doesn't matter in a since is ridiculous! Absolutely terrible experience here, as I?m noticing at many subways across the metroplex. One of the workers Barely speaks... English and whenever I called to ask questions about my order I guess she was unable to understand me so she hung up the phone.Whenever I tried to call back, nobody would answer.
