They definitely understaff their store and probably don?t pay their employees enough, it took a whole hour for the employee to... take our doordash order. Id recommend calling the store before ordering and make sure how busy it is so you don?t have to waitlike I did. Read more

We were on our way to OK. My 80 year old father wanted to pee badly. We stopped at this subway to simply use the restroom as he... can?t hold. One Hispanic heavy accent woman (mind you we are Asian) came out and said ?why are you here? I am watching you.Isimply said my dad needed to use the restroom. She said well I am watching you. She was very rude, unprofessional, raciallyprofiling looks as if she hated my father and I because we are Asian. She kept staring my father and I down until we walked outof the store. Read more

Food is always OK. Just this time service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Looked like no managers were present just to... high school age kids that did not know what they were doing. Each one had to ask the other how to do something. I was reallytempted to go off and tell them to hurry the beat up or I am walking out. Then I thought, what if that was me what I want acustomer talking to me that way so I kept my cool and my mouth shut. I don?t think there was a manager present, I am used tothat location being quite a bit faster than it was today. Honestly these kids look like they were in high school. So tosummarize, very slow, unprofessional and Unattempted. I?ve ran businesses before and kids like that would not last a week betteryet a month in my business. I would have said you are not showing a willingness to learn and you are purposely making thecustomer wait longer than they should. I don?t think this is a good fit for you. Turn in your uniform, you?re done. This wouldbe if it were me running that subway. Those Kids are unprofessional, if I go back into that subway and those kids are runningit. I am just walking out. It?s a bad restaurant. There is only one server. Waiting time is 20 minutes not as good food as other subway.

DON'T ORDER ONLINE ON SUNDAY NIGHTS! I've ordered online from this location several times. Of the past 3 times, two in the past... 3 weeks have been on Sunday night. Every time there has been an issue upon pick-up where my order is not ready and the guyworking claims the machine isn't working or he didn't get the order. I've only ever had an issue when this one employee isworking. He makes you pull up the email receipt and then claims we need to pay again because we "didn't pay him" even though Iliterally show him where it's been charged to my card AND the payment confirmation number on the email. Then he claims we didn'torder to the correct store, so I show him the address and he acts like he doesn't know the address he is working at. Once hefinally agrees to make the order, he doesn't understand when we explain the way we ordered the sandwiches and gets upset. Hetold my fiance to calm down that he is "only human too" when he tried to repeat the order for the 3rd or 4th time. I'm not surewhat's going on, but someone needs to properly train this employee on the online order machine because this is gettingridiculous. You also can never get through on the phone as it is always a busy signal. I'm pretty sure they take the phone offso they don't have to take phone orders. Read more

The WORST customer service experience I ever had in my life!!! EXTREMELY bad!!! I ordered footlong sandwich and when he was... checking my order out, I remembered to have it packed separately meaning both 6? in different wrap. So I asked him and first Iapologized that I forgot to tell you before but it would be great if you still do it for me. He didn?t answer and kept staringat the screen as he was accepting the payment. So I asked him again if he could do it. He looked at me and said I have anothercustomer, I can?t do it and walked away. This customer just walked in when he was accepting my payment so it was not that he waswaiting for a super long time. Until then I was the only customer in the store. This is insane.
