Majority of the employees at this location are very kind and professional. However, there is this one lady who is always... disrespectful, sarcastic and for some reason always rolling her eyes. I believe she might be a manager because she talks to theother employees like she owns the place and overall is so rude. I usually always wait in the drive through line even if it?sover 10 minutes and somehow my drink is never right. I get the same order every time, very inconsistent and it never tastes thesame. They constantly cheap out on the oat milk even when I?ve paid for it. Mind you 3/4 of the cup is literally ALL ice. Thatlady said next time you come we?re going to have to charge you for a latte. I was like are you serious?!? I?ve been getting thesame drink for the past year and a half, no one?s ever said anything. She could?ve been polite and I would?ve been ok with that,but the way she came at me was very unprofessional. Mind you someone totally different was helping me and that employee wassuper sweet, she even apologized for that lady?s actions. I could tell she was very uncomfortable. This Starbucks sucks? It?s my birthday today so I came in and ordered a drink expecting it to be free. The worker looked 12... years old and got my order wrong for the size. When I got to the front, showed him my ID and let him scan my app it didn?t work.Despite seeing my ID and birth date showing today, June 11th, he said he can?t give me the drink for free since my app wasn?tworking? I feel like when someone tells you it?s their birthday you wish them a happy day and be nice. This kid was so rude overa $4 drink? People wonder why Dutch Bros is better. I just went in not even two mins ago, to pick up my mobile order inside. Walked to mobile order counter, saw my two drinks ready... to be picked up. Now here's the best part, USUALLY these Starbucks employees are nice and sweet, as I asked the older lady whoworked there for my drinks behind the counter, (she had a drink in her hand to give out to another customer) she gives me therude fake smile with a sarcastic voice to tell me to hold on, it's not my turn. I AINT MAD ABOUT THE DRINKS. I'm utterlydisappointed at the behavior of this employee. If she would've said it in a nicer way without treating me like I was "cutting"which I'm not, I already had my order ready. OH AND GET THIS, another customer came in, went over the counter and grabbed herown drink [which was by my drinks] no one said anything to her. So when when the sarcastic barista finally sarcasticallyacknowledged me again, she gave us our drinks, then I asked if we could do the same thing as what the other customer did and shesaid no. This location used to be really good. Lately I have been throwing up because even though I order ahead with the app and Pay... extra for almond milk they give me whole milk. Even just a little bit of whole milk makes me throw up really bad I had to gohome from work all week because of this. Read more
Since I worked in Plano, I have made this my spot to get coffee. I enjoy getting the White Chocolate Mocha with extra vanilla... and a cheese danish. I try not to complain much, but it?s very disappointing that you pay extra for something and do not receiveit. Yesterday I went and got my usual order and received some bitter coffee that I couldn?t even swallow, almost tastedpoisonous in a way. I was so upset I called and requested a refund bc the coffee was so bad and not what I asked for. Thesupervisor I spoke with was helpful and courteous.
