I usually get drinks from this location about 3 times week, and have bought many cups/tumblers here as well. Today?s experience... was the most disappointing. As usual, I brought in my brand new cup that I bought a few days prior; the barista implied that Istole the cup because I did not remove the tag from the bottom of the cup. I told her that I recently bought it and still havethe receipt if she need it; she declined but still hesitant to make my drink. The cup fit a ?grande? drink, and that was what Iordered. However, my drink was filled barely over half of my cup. So not only was I accused of stealing a mere cup, and I wasalso cheated off the drink that I paid for. Read more

Flavored drinks are always good. Coffee quality is not good, not the staff's fault.

This is such a unique Starbucks! From the manager to the staff ???? It?s not easy to retain happy and vibrant employees and... somehow this location has been able to pull it off. It gives the vibe of if the show Cheers were a coffee shop instead of barvibe. Service is great! The interior is updated and always clean with ample parking. My go-to Starbucks for Frisco area handsdown ? great job guys & gals! Read more

I always preface my review by that I am not a fan of the toasting methods of Starbucks. This store however is just beyond great... service and professionalism. To management, Please pay these people more and do not hire people on the fence. Read more
