Additional Information
We started visiting this Sonic location after having bad experiences at the location on Montfort. We chose it because the... service was more friendly, the atmosphere better (outside music) and it has an outside seating area. Recently however, thingshave changed. Three weeks ago we visited after a thunderstorm. They had lost power and couldn't serve us-perfectly understood. The next week, their ice cream machine was broken-disappointing, but that happens. The next week, the ice cream machine isSTILL broken-OK, wait a minute. How in the world are you SONIC and have a broken ice cream machine for over two weeks? Admittedly, this likely has nothing to do with the location itself and instead is an operational issue at the regional orcorporate level, but come on. To be fair, we understand that there are still COVID-related supply chain issues and challengesgetting access to certain services, but I would think that something as simple, and important, as Sonic getting their ice creammachine fixed, wouldn't take this much time. UPDATE: After a few weeks of successfully being able to order ice cream at thislocation, alas the ice cream machine was broken AGAIN when we visited September 14. We've given up, and instead are buyingfixings at Kroger and making treats at home. Read more
Worst sonic ever!!!! Pay extra for extra candy and whip cream on a blast and get less then what normally is given at other... locations? that?s if there machine works. It?s not possible for a ice cream machine in summer to be broke for 2 months!!!! Thislocation is a joke! Read more
Got our order, went home and found out that they didn't give us all our order. I had ordered chillie cheese hot dog with and... chillie cheese tots. The tots was missing! My wife had ordered the sweet honey BBQ popcorn chicken and over half of the popcornchicken was so hard it wasn't eat able. Read more
The Manager took my order and they actually got it right ... the first time around. They had skates on too... felt like the old... times, when food, servers, restaurants and the cooks were waaaaay more authentic than they are these days....#bring the good olddays back.
