I am frustrated beyond measure. It took 30 minutes to get a large drink. The manager came out and gave excuses, I?m short... staffed, what do you want me to do, she asked. It?s not my job to train the management here, but there is an opportunity fortraining at this location. It?s close to my house, that?s why I stop by so often, but I guess I?ll start exploring otheroptions. Read more
Pulled into 3 stalls before found one with a working screen, carhop walked off while I was asking if sauce( I asked for ) was in... bag and before I could give her her tip, called back in for sauce waited 10 minutes, had to call in again to get helped.Customer service needs work. Read more
Someone said once that the difference between all the chains is presentation. This Sonic delivered. Asked for a peanut-butter... chocolate milk shake with bacon. Not only did it look this good. But it was that good. I have gotten this combination otherplaces, but here, the bacon was suspended in the shake. It was amazing. Read more

Sonic serves the best fresh tasty food, prompt service, can order from an app, and just pick up, no waiting at all. big fan of... the potato taters, cinnasnacks , french taste, grilled cheese always yummy, onion rings and peppers are the best.
