This store went above and beyond today. My 7 year old son wanted a pineapple smoothie today. We ordered it and did not ask if it... had dairy. Turns out it DOES!! We asked them to remake it with almond milk and offered to pay for another one and they comped itwithout any push back. These people just got a longtime customer today. Thanks again. C and Daddy. Placed a curbside order, from the website as it is something the website advertises for this location. It said it should be... ready at 4:13 and to call when I arrived. I called and said I arrived and was instructed to call. This was at about 4:12. Thevoice on the other end of the phone said ? well we are busy. You?re gonna have to wait?. The windows are glass. There were twopeople in the store, but ok fine. I wait. 10 minutes later 4 or 5 people have gone in and out. I call back, and he tells me itwill be 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later I call back and he tells me it will be 5 more minutes. More people have since come andgone. Eventually I go inside to see my order sitting at the pickup station. Don?t advertise for something you don?t do, andtrain your staff on time management. Bonus. The smoothie tastes like stomach bile.
